Do stress relief meditation, do any form of exercise. Share the video and let us know how effective it is for you.

  • I have determined the exercise through deep breathing to reduce stress.

  • I am sharing the video of the exercise. I am sitting in a quiet place. I inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds and exhale for 4 seconds. Before starting the 2nd round, I take a break of 5 seconds. In this way, I have done about 8-9 rounds.

My video

  • Exercise's effectiveness

I sat in a quiet place and started exercising. When I sat down to exercise, I was nervous and a lot of things were going through my head. After I did 1-2 rounds of exercise, everything slowly started to go away from my head. I started feeling completely light. I regained my complete mental state. After finishing the exercise, I felt completely light. I felt very calm and it seemed that nothing of my past was remembered. After finishing the exercise, I turned myself around and I had to think of myself for a new task. My physical restlessness went away. I regained a different kind of energy within myself.

Benefits of exercise
  • Reduces mental anxiety, restlessness and stress.
  • Increases attention and helps to maintain concentration in any task.
  • Increases mental peace.
  • When someone is angry, it is possible to control anger through this exercise.
  • Sleeps quickly and sleeps well.
  • Fatigue decreases and energy returns.
  • Blood pressure is controlled and oxygen levels in the body increase.
  • Controls one's emotions.

Share any creative activity, such as painting, writing poetry, or crafting.

My story

I have written a fictional story. This story is my own creation.

Shan was once very lively and always cheerful. He used to draw beautiful pictures, write stories, and poems. But with time, the pressure of life, failures, and worries kept increasing. And all these things were slowly killing him from within.
One day, due to work pressure and depression, he wanted to give up everything. His mental stress increased so much that he became restless. One day in the afternoon, it was raining heavily outside, there was no electricity, his mobile was not charged, and everything was silent. With a restless mind, he opened an old notebook of his, on the pages of which were his childhood pictures, written stories, and poems.

Seeing this, he suddenly felt that humans have survived for ages not only because of their strength but also because of their ability to change themselves. Humans have broken and rebuilt themselves again. Even after destruction, humans have started anew.

That night, he started to sing again. Even though he was not feeling well, he did not feel bad because he was not feeling well. He kept himself calm and tried to do better. The next morning, he went out for a walk early in the morning. The cool air and the quiet environment kept lightening his mind. He returned home and found some ways to reduce the pressure on himself.

In this way, he gradually returned to normal. His problems did not completely end. But he understood how to keep himself calm and how to build himself.

Main idea or lesson taken from the story
  • Humans are different from other animals because they know how to change and control themselves.

  • Creative activities like walking, writing, drawing help reduce stress.

  • Depression is not the end of everything, it gives you the strength to start a new beginning.

  • Understanding yourself and spending time with yourself is beneficial for mental health.

There will be a short story, read the story and express your own feelings.

Parents' mistakes

Instead of understanding the child's physical problems, they saw them as problems. Expressing their disagreements and marital conflicts in front of the child. Not giving importance to Sneha's feelings and loneliness.

What should have been done?

Try to solve Sneha's physical problems. If necessary, seek counseling with a doctor. Do not argue in front of Sneha. Do not understand the child and raise him with care and love.

Grandma's mistake

Grandma's mistake is not to tell Sneha about her illness. This causes Sneha to break down mentally.

What should have been done

Grandma should have kept this a secret from Sneha. As the head of the family, Snehar's parents should have made her understand their responsibilities towards the child and should have taken a strong stand against the parents' quarrel.

Sneha's mistake

She did not share her mental stress and pain with anyone. She always blamed herself. Choosing the path of death

Sneha should have done

Do not blame herself because she is not responsible for these things. Share these things with someone you trust. Do not get discouraged and seek the right solution.

My thought about the story

Some of our wrong ideas, wrong decisions and low mentality make our surroundings unbearable. Capitalizing on an illness, neglecting an innocent girl. Whereas we should have raised the girl with love, affection and care. Instilling courage in her mind and making her mentally strong.

Create an infographic about the 5 steps of stress relief.
