SLC-S29/W6 | Mind & Learn: The Psychology Journey "Self Examination"
Greetings, love & respect to all of my steemian friends.
---
I am @saifuddinmahmud from Bangladesh. There is a beautiful and amazing challenge. The challenge name is SLC-S29/W6 | Mind & Learn: The Psychology Journey "Self Examination" organised by @memamun. I hope everyone will like my post.
Share your experience about how effective the psychological counseling sessions were for you in the past weeks
I have benefited a lot from this 6-week course of SLC-S29 Mind & LEARN "The psychology journey". I have gained knowledge about different topics in each course of one week. Our mind is always out of our control. Sometimes our mind makes us emotional, sometimes angry, sometimes frustrated and sometimes depressed. As a human being, it is natural for me to have such feelings inside me. But it is very important for us to control these feelings.
My experience about exercise and effectiveness.
---
The courses running for the last few weeks have been very effective for me. In the beginning, I was a bit confused. It is not easy to control my inner feelings or express them in front of anyone. But gradually I realized that these courses have helped me identify my inner feelings. I have been able to gain the process of dealing with problems and mental strength.
There were exercises to control our different emotions in about 4 episodes of the course. I learned the exercises by watching the course tutorials. I did the exercises. I benefited a lot from these exercises. I learned about the effectiveness of the exercises after the exercise. I learned the exercises and processes of emotion control, anger control, phobia control, depression control. Each of these episodes healed me physically and mentally. I walked in a silent natural environment to relieve depression or loneliness. I spent some good moments with nature. It brought me mental peace. I was able to remove the negative thoughts inside me and become positive.
Experiences taken from stories
---
Each episode had a story. We read the stories carefully. We found out what mistakes they made. We analyzed what they should have done. While doing this analysis, I gained experience that what we should and should not do when such problems occur in our lives. I realized that the mental support of family, relatives and close people is very important for any problem we have. Solving problems through mutual understanding. Giving inspiration to someone without making them upset. If necessary, having open discussions with close people. Not hiding any problems inside yourself. Seeking advice from a doctor if necessary.
Experience about Infographics
---
Making infographics was a new experience for me. Making infographics is a creative work. I have learned. I have learned how to control my emotions in 5 steps.
Discuss in detail what problems and good aspects you have understood and what strategies you are adopting to solve the problems.
Problems that I have understood
---
I used to feel angry, sometimes depressed, sometimes depressed, which was difficult to control. I felt uncomfortable expressing my inner pain or stress in front of someone. The impact of negative thoughts sometimes made me mentally weak. I lacked strategies to deal with various problems when faced with them.
The good things I understood.
---
Gaining mental strength through exercise. Regularly practicing exercises for controlling emotions, anger, depression and phobias. Understanding my inner feelings and making decisions accordingly. Spending time in a quiet and natural environment gave me mental peace. I realized what to do in real life by analyzing the story. I understood the need for support from family and close people. I understood the need to seek counseling from a doctor if necessary.
The strategies I adopted to solve problems.
---
I actually took a deep breath, calmed myself down, and gave myself a break.
I have regularly practiced the exercises learned in the course.
I have discussed openly with my family and trusted people when I have any problems.
I have tried to think positively instead of negative thoughts.
I have spent time with nature to overcome depression.
If I experience more problems, I have the mindset of counseling with a doctor.
There will be a short story; read the story and express your own thoughts.
Mehvin's mistake.
---
Mehvin's biggest problem was his lack of confidence. He was not patient. He proved himself to be a failure by giving up all the work midway. He withdrew himself without taking any help from anyone. He did not take any steps to change his mentality but gave more importance to his fear. He started thinking of himself as weak.
Mehvin's father also has some mistakes here. He saw this behavior of his daughter as natural. He did not make his daughter easy from the beginning.
Mehvin should be done
---
Mehvin should have made himself more confident. Find the reason for his inner failure. Try to solve it by searching for his weakness. Continue to try to complete the project and if necessary, take help from someone with experience. Try to correct yourself out of guilt. Running away or quitting your job cannot be a solution. She should have prepared the mindset to face the problem. For mental development, meditation, exercise, if necessary, consult a doctor. Have an open discussion with someone reliable.
Her father should have given her courage. Support her. Make her comfortable. Take her problems seriously.
Mehvin's thoughts on weakness
---
The question that Mehvin has about her mental weakness in her mind is a mistake in her mind. Lack of self-confidence has raised this question in her mind. Her failure has affected the weakness in her mind.
Therefore, Mehvin should think positively. Identify her weak areas and work on them. Establish herself as confident. Mehvin is not weak, she just needs to understand her mind and the situation better.
