Assalamu Alaikum everyone . I hope by the grace of Allah you are all in good health. Alhamdulillah, I am also well . Today, I am truly excited to participate in the first week of Steemit Challenge Season 29 . This week, I will be joining the “SLC29-W1 | Fast Food Recipe: Fuchka-Chatpati Recipe” competition, organized by the respected teacher @selina1 Madam. I sincerely thank her for arranging such a wonderful competition. I feel very delighted to take part in this challenge .Fuchka is a popular and favorite food of our country as a fast food. Young to old - almost everyone loves to eat phuchka. Today I will share with you the homemade phuchka recipe.So, let’s get started…

✅ 1. Prepare any of the above mentioned recipes and describe the detailed method with pictures (4 marks)


All the ingredients to make fuska recipe.

Materials Required

  • Fuchka (packet, 250 gms)

Filling Ingredients:

  • Double Boot – 1 cup
  • Potatoes – 4
  • Eggs – 2
  • Chop onion
  • Chop coriander leaves
  • Green chillies
  • Chaat masala
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt – to taste
  • Cucumber

Sour water:

  • Tamarind
  • Salt
  • sugar
  • Chilli powder / Chilli flakes
  • Tomato sauce
  • Like the amount of lemons

To sort:

  • Tomato sauce

The Process of making "Fuska Recipe".

  • Step:- 01

First, I took 250 grams of fuchka from the packet and set it aside on a plate. Then, I fried the fuchkas in a pan with an appropriate amount of oil.

Next, I boiled the eggs, double beans, and potatoes in a pot of water until they were cooked.

  • Step :-03
    Next, I chopped the onions, coriander leaves, green chilies, and cucumber, and kept them ready on a plate.

Then, for the filling, I mashed the boiled potatoes and boiled chickpeas thoroughly until the mixture became soft and uniform.

I mixed the mashed chickpeas and potatoes with chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chilies, chaat masala, turmeric powder, and salt to prepare the filling.

Then, I sprinkled chopped cucumber and grated boiled egg on top of the filling.

Then, to prepare the tangy water, I soaked tamarind. After that, I mixed it with salt, sugar, chili powder/chili flakes, lemon, and chaat masala.

Then, I made a small hole in the center of each fuchka and filled the prepared stuffing into the hole.

Then, for serving, I garnished the fuchkas with chopped cucumber, boiled egg, coriander leaves, and drizzled tomato sauce, arranging them beautifully on a plate.

Sitting down to eat a home-made fuchka is not only about taste, but also about using healthy and clean ingredients. It also creates a beautiful moment to share joy with family members. Every bite is like a dreamy delight. Sour, sweet and salty are a unique experience. As a result, making fuchka at home is not just a meal, it is a creative and satisfying experience.Which gives rise to feelings of happiness and self-satisfaction.

I want to share this fuchka recipe with my dear friends. Those who love to cook and are keen to try new recipes. Especially @riyadx2 I will share because she is always enthusiastic about making new fast food recipes and she loves to show creativity while cooking. I think, this fuchka recipe can be easily made at home and he can enjoy the joy of making it himself.Also, I will share it with @abubakar121 and @golamrobbani because they love phuchka and I want them to experience both the taste and comfort of making it themselves. When friends share recipes with each other, not only the taste of the food, but also the opportunity to share sweet friendship and joy. I served the fuchka recipe on a beautiful plate. While each puff is crisp and filling, the top is colorful and eye-pleasing with chopped cucumber, cilantro, grated egg and tomato sauce. On a small piece of paper next to the plate, I wrote my username “@samsunnaharsuity” and today's date, clearly indicating that the recipe was made by me.
Recipes arranged in this way are not only attractive to eat, but also attractive to look at and present. Even if it is homemade fuchka, it will attract everyone at first sight if served in front of any guests or friends. Colorful ingredients and garnishes make the taste of food more cheerful and pleasant.As a result, this attractive presentation is not only a means of expressing recipes, but it is also a source of culinary creativity and eating-Power enhances pleasure.
