Is it only available in your country or also in other regions? Just a bit curious as a food blogger! Where do you use fuchka in your recipe? Because if you named the recipe as per your choice, then let being an Asian highlight fuchka itself is a very famous street food separately, and tamarind pulp is commonly used in the making of water of fuchka along with kafir lime!

In English we call it, curry made with yellow/white peas with spices!
