I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. I will participate in the Awesome IT Engagement Challenge today. So let's get started. Through this contest, I will share with you about a food shop in my area. So let's get started.

What kind of delicious food shop have you been to? Briefly introduce it.

A popular food name in Bangladesh is Chatpati or Fuchka and the name of the shop is "Mayer Doa Fuchka Chatpati Shop". There are shops in various places on the side of the restaurant or the road. I live in a village, but like the city, there are Chatpati and Fuchka shops in various places in the village. There is a Chattopi and Fuchka shop next to our village in a place called Kaler Bazar from which almost everyone in our area eats Chattopi and Fuchka. The shop basically sits on the side of the road every day from afternoon to night and sells Chattopi and Fuchka.

The owner of the shop is one and he prepares everything himself and serves the food to the customers. Compared to restaurants or hotels, the prices of fuchka or chatpati in this shop are a little lower. The shops on the roadside are not spread out over a large area and they arrange seating for the customers in an open manner. In addition, there are chairs and tables to sit and eat and they are kept neatly and cleanly in a specific place. It is located on the side of the road in the middle of the mill market. There is also a place to park a car here. Since the shop is located, there is no need for a fan here, everyone's mind is refreshed by the natural air. Since it is a normal food shop on the side of the road, the owner of this shop takes the price of the food in cash, that is, you must pay in cash if you eat from here.

The owner of the shop himself manages this shop and performs all the activities. Initially, the shop owner worked as a waiter in a hotel on a salary basis. Later, he left his job and started a sole proprietorship with a small amount of capital. Initially, he used to set up temporary shops in different places and sell the food. But after getting success in his business, he set up a permanent shop on the market street.

Every day from afternoon to night, different types of known or unknown customers come to eat Chattopi Bap Fuchka. But the owner keeps the price of food the same for all the customers. This is one of his greatest qualities. He is very honest in his business and gives good quality of food compared to the price. Since this shop is located in the open, the service inside and outside is the same.

What are the special dishes of that place?

First of all, these shops usually have two types of food, namely fuchka and chattopi. However, currently the demand for fuchka and chattopi food is very high. Although these foods are passport-type foods, they are quite delicious to eat. Every person has some likes or dislikes. One particular food of this shop that I like very much is chattopi. Chattopi food is mainly made with dabli, tamarind juice and eggs, which I like to eat quite a lot. However, many people like fuchka again. The food is prepared in a healthy way inside the shop.

Since this shop is located near our house, I often go to this shop with my husband in the afternoon to eat my favorite food chattopi. A few days ago, I went to this shop to review it to participate in this engagement challenge and when I went there, I asked for my favorite chattopi with my husband. The owner of the shop is known to us, so he treated us well.

I really like to eat spicy food at Chatpati. I like that the shopkeeper prepares the food keeping in mind the likes and dislikes of his regular customers. Since I am his regular customer, he always prepares Chatpati with spicy food for me. Also, the shopkeeper's style of serving food and service is liked by everyone, so customers come here from different places every day to eat Phuchka Chatpati.
