| Fuchka | 10 piece |
| Dabli | 1 cup |
| Boiled potato | 1 piece |
| Boiled egg | 1 piece |
| Tamarind | 30 gram |
| Chopped onion | 1 piece |
| Chopped green chili | 2 piece small size |
| Chopped coriander leaves | 4 teaspoon |
| Chatpati masala | 2 teaspoon |
| Chili flakes | 1 teaspoon |
| Turmeric powder | 4 pinch |
| Sugar | 2 teaspoon |
| Beet salt | half teaspoon |
| & salt | as per taste |
First, I soaked the dablis in water for 5-6 hours. Then I washed and cleaned the dablis well and put them in the oven to cook. I added less than half a teaspoon of turmeric and salt to taste to the dablis and waited until they were cooked.
When the dablis are cooked well, I will remove them from the oven and let them cool for a while. Then I will take them to a clean plate. Now I will prepare the filling to put inside my fuchka. To make the filling, I will break the boiled aloos in the dablis with my hands, then I will add chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves to it. Now I will add 2 teaspoon of chatpati masala in it and mix everything well with my hands. The filling to put inside the fuchka is ready.
Now I will make tamarind water to eat with fuchka. For this, first I soaked some tamarind in a little water for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I will mash the tamarinds well with my hands and mix them with water and remove the tamarind seeds. Now I will add 2 teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of beet salt, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes and salt to taste to it and then mix everything well with a spoon.
Now I will break a little hole from the middle of the fuchka and then fill it with the filling made with dabli. In this way, I will make all the fuchka.
Now I will serve the fuchka on a plate with sour water. To make the fuchka more attractive, I grated a boiled egg on top.☺️

Yes, I am really happy to be able to make this Fuchka recipe at home. In fact, Fuchka is my favorite fast food, I eat this food whenever I go out. Also, my mom brings me Fuchka from the shop as a light evening meal while I am at home. Today I made Fuchka for the second time at home and I ate it with great satisfaction. I don't know exactly in which countries this food is available, but Fuchka is a famous fast food in our country. Everyone from young to old in our country likes to eat this Fuchka more or less.
