Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S29/W6, organized by the Honorable teacher @memamun brother. He brings extra ordinary challenge whose name is "Mind & Learn : The Psychology Journey "Self Examination". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Share your experience about how effective the psychological counseling sessions were for you in the past weeks

As we have reached the last week of the Steemit Challenge, an extraordinary class of psychological knowledge is about to end. I have reviewed the last 5 classes with deep attention and have also learned from myself. To be honest, I have never had such a series of sessions on such a wonderful issue. I thank the respected organizer, @Memanun sir, from the bottom of my heart for bringing such wonderful topics.
In the past weeks, there have been important discussions on emotion control, anger control, depression, and several other issues. From which psychological knowledge has definitely increased. We have come to know about what we should do when we reach such a problem.
To be honest, such topics give us a positive response from which real knowledge has been gained. In our daily lives, we see many people suffering from such mental health problems every day. We can use the knowledge gained from here to help people suffering from these mental illnesses recover.

Discuss in detail what problems and good aspects you have understood, and what strategies you are adopting to solve the problems.

No one can predict in advance when we will face any situation in our life, or we do not know when we will face any unwanted and unwanted events. I have also faced such unwanted and unwanted events in my life. At one time, I myself was upset in various incidents of life. I considered myself a failure. My mind to fight was destroyed.
At that time, I filled myself with the humanity to fight anew. I planned to fight without losing the battle of life. My problem was that I lost a lot in business and became paralyzed. I quit my business, tried to get a job day after day, but did not see any success. After trying and trying, I decided to commit suicide after failure. But I could not muster the courage. Then I decided to try again - I kept trying day after day and gave myself auto-suggestion that I would succeed.
At some point, I actually got a job, and I am still doing that job with honor.
The human spirit of fighting, the intense desire to win, and the strength of mind saved me from mental disaster, and I saw the face of success.

Even though the story is about Mehbin, such incidents are seen frequently. After reading Mehbin's story, I felt that there is no flaw in Mehbin's efforts; she is trying but is not seeing the appearance of success. I believe that there is a flaw in Mehbin's plan; she is working right, but the right plan is failing again and again.
In addition, she lacks guidelines, although her father was observing the issues, but he could not reach his son's problem at the right time, so even though the son was sick seven times, he did not go to the mental doctor in time, and when he did go, Mehbin's mental problem had become more complex and its manifestation was reflected in her behavior.
Although it was late, going to the psychiatrist was the right decision. In Mehbin's situation, only a psychiatrist can provide the right treatment. And the doctor gave an important solution that helps any person to be confident, which is - "He advised him to be confident and not think of himself as weak, because he is not weak."
I believe this advice will help a lot in recovery.
Here, Mehbin's question is also logical; the question in her mind is, is she really not weak?
Here, I do not agree with Mehbin. I also believe that Mehbin is not weak, but there is some deficiency in her plan. Once she succeeds in something, the confidence accumulated in her will return. Mehbin will return to normal life and regain complete success.

I have created an infographic with five steps to take for self-examination. The five steps I have outlined are-
1. Pause and Reflect -
Take time each day to think about your actions, words, and decisions, and ask yourself:

  • What did I do well today?
  • Where can I improve?

2. Identify your emotions and notice
What are you feeling without judging yourself?

  • Are you feeling anger, jealousy, happiness, fear, or gratitude?
  • Understanding emotions helps you to control them rather than being controlled by them.

3. Examine your beliefs and values and ask:

  • Why do I believe this?
  • Self-examination means examining whether your actions align with your core values.

4. Accept strengths and weaknesses
Be honest about both, and try to achieve them

  • What are my strengths?
  • Acceptance is not weakness - it is the first step towards improvement.

5. After planning for growth, decide on small changes:

  • What one habit can I improve tomorrow?
  • What one positive action can I repeat?
  • Growth happens through small, consistent steps.
