Where is it located and how to get here?
To visit Messrs. Sadia Store, you first need to go to Saidpur town. From there, you can take an auto-rickshaw or van to Monihari Patti Rail Bazar. In this market, you’ll find many toy shops lined up. Among them, Sadia Store is one of the well-known ones. You can visit any of these shops according to your choice and buy whatever you like.
A brief history of the shop, Founder, established period, if there is any communication medium.

I didn’t get the chance to talk directly with the shop owner, but I spoke with one of the employees. He told me that the shop has been running for many years and they even have a large warehouse for storage. Although I couldn’t find out the exact year it was established, the founder’s name is Mr. Arman Hossain. He has been doing business in toys for a long time. They don’t have a website or Facebook page everything is managed offline. According to what I learned, they are very honest and friendly toward their customers.
Provide clear details about their activities. How many employees are engaged in what work?
The store mainly focuses on wholesale business rather than retail sales. They prefer selling in bulk because it brings higher profits and allows them to distribute more products at once. They also have a large stock of toys in their warehouse ready for wholesale buyers. Within Monihari Patti, they are recognized as one of the reputed business houses. All their business activities are done properly and honestly. There are around 2–3 employees working in the shop to ensure everything runs smoothly. The owner also pays fair salaries and offers bonuses during festive seasons.
What are the facilities like? Environment, security, electricity, etc.

Messrs. Sadia Store provides several facilities for customers. For example, if you buy something and later find it broken or defective, you can return it and they’ll replace it. Since Monihari Patti is a busy area with many shops, there isn’t any parking space nearby, which makes the place a bit crowded. However, the security is very strong because the shop is always monitored by CCTV cameras. If anything is stolen, they can easily find out from the camera footage. The area also has a continuous electricity supply, and if power goes out, the market committee provides a generator backup immediately.
Providing a clear idea of Products quality reviews and pricing. At least it should be converted to steem value with its own currency.
This shop has a wide variety of toys. Prices depend on the quality and type of product. There are both low-cost and premium-quality toys available. Each category has its own price range, and customers can choose according to their needs.
How do they provide customer service? How satisfied/unsatisfied are you?
There was a young employee at the shop who impressed me a lot. He was very polite and explained each toy to customers in detail. When I visited, the owner was not there, but the young boy handled everything so well that it left a great impression on me. Whether we bought anything or not, he still showed us all the products with a smile. I would rate their customer service 10 out of 10 truly excellent!

I visited the shop with one of my business friends. He owns a local shop in our area and came here to take pictures of toys for future purchases. We didn’t buy anything that day, but we noted down several toy options. They accept payments through Nagad, bKash, and cash. For larger wholesale orders, payments are made through bank transfers.

Service
Their customer service is really good and polite. They always try to deal with customers nicely and inform them about discounts and offers in advance. They also serve customers with tea, coffee, or cold drinks while shopping makes the experience more pleasant.
My Experience
From my personal experience, I can say that Messrs. Sadia Store is a very friendly place. The young employee I met was well-mannered and respectful. He explained every product clearly and even shared how well the owner treats the workers. The owner gives bonuses during festivals and maintains a very good relationship with his staff. They also provide delivery facilities and regular discounts on various toys. Overall, my experience visiting Sadia Store was really enjoyable, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in wholesale toy shopping.
