Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Today, I have come to you with a great recipe. Today's recipe is very healthy, and it was a first for me, but I will share my experience with you, and I would like to thank everyone for organizing today's contest. Let's find out how I made the recipe.

The Process of receipe
🟫 Step 01
🍚To prepare today's recipe, first I put a pot on the stove, and then I will pour the liquid milk into it.
🍚Then, when the milk is well heated, I will add as much sugar as I can.

🍚Then, once everything is well heated, I will give it about ten minutes to cool down, and then I will add about a spoonful of custard powder here and mix it well.
🍚Then I will cook the milk for the custard mixture again for a while until it thickens.
🍚Then, when the milk thickens, I will put it in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool.

🍚And there I will put the washed sabudanas to boil.
🍚The sabudana will be well-cooked and tender in about 10 to 15 minutes.

🍚Then I will take out the bowl of caster milk from the fridge and add the cooked sabudana to it.
🍚I'll mix everything together, and then I'll add the chopped apples here.

Of course, I am preparing this recipe for the first time because I have never prepared this sabudana recipe before, and it was a first and new experience for me, but maybe because I prepared it according to the instructions given by the teacher, my recipe is completely prepared, which is much more fun to eat and much healthier. It was very nice to be able to prepare such a recipe. It was a popular dish among light meals.

Today's recipe is much healthier, and when it comes to health aspects, first of all, it has to be said that it is made from milk. The lactic acid in milk is very beneficial for our body. Apart from this, sabudana has been added here, which helps a lot in maintaining the various balances of our body. If we do eat it on an empty stomach in the morning, our body is in balance, and regular consumption of sabudana prevents weight gain in the body. In addition, I have added apples to the fruit here, which is very beneficial for the body. In medical terms, the habit of eating an apple every day is effective in keeping oneself away from any kind of disease. Therefore, this beneficial food contains many nutritious ingredients that can be consumed by everyone, from children to the elderly.
