Death of a neighbor's aunt 19-03-2026

This morning, I woke up to an announcement over the mosque's speakers that Sharif Shah's mother had passed away. Hearing this, it was as if the ground had given way from under my feet.
It was announced that today everyone is invited to Iftar by the Sharif family. First, there will be an Iftar and prayers will be offered for the deceased.
When he came home with the household iftar supplies, Abu Jan said, "Son, going to the mosque will be a reward." I got my son ready and went to the mosque.
Everyone started waiting for iftar and at the same time they were praying for the deceased. After breaking the fast, the call to prayer began to ring out.
Then everyone prayed together and then everyone prayed collectively. May Allah grant the deceased a place in Paradise and grant patience to the bereaved family, Amen.
