Today I will post about a sweet shop. This shop is located next to my house. This shop is located on Shaheed Tulshiram Road (Dinajpur Road) Saidpur, Nilphamari. The name of this shop is Bogra Dahi Ghar. Various types of sweets, curds, sandesh are available in this shop. There is a lot of demand for sweets in this shop. I went to that shop for two and a half months to buy sweets. At that time, the shop had a lot of sweets. Because I went in the morning that day. I took some pictures that day. I had not made a video. So two days ago, I went to that shop again in the afternoon. At that time, there were not many sweets in the shop. Currently, the Eid season is going on. During Eid, everyone goes to their relatives' houses. If you want to go to the relatives' houses, you have to take sweets. So at this time, a lot of sweets are sold in the shops. All the sweets available in this shop are a bit cheap in price and the quality is very good. So the demand for sweets in this shop is high.

The shop I went to is called Bogra Doi Ghar. This shop sells pure curd made in Bogra city. We all know that Bogra district is famous for curd. Curd from Bogra district is currently available in different places. This shop is very small in size. This shop is completely managed from Bogra. All the curds, sweets and sandesh available in this shop are brought from Bogra.

On one side of this shop, only different types of sweets, curds and sandesh are kept. And on the other side, packets are kept. There is a cash box in front of the shop. The shop manager sits in the cash box. This shop is completely neatly arranged. Beautiful lighting has been arranged inside the shop. A fan is always run in the shop to make the environment comfortable. This shop is very clean and tidy. The sweets are always covered inside the shop. So that harmful mosquitoes and flies do not sit there. There is no arrangement to eat in this shop. That is, there are no chairs and tables in this shop. If you want to go to the shop and eat sweets. Then you have to buy sweets while standing in the shop. Most of the sweets in this shop are bought by the kilo and taken home. The sweets in this shop are made with pure milk. The most sold product in this shop is curd. These curds are very delicious. Along with curd, sweets and sandesh are also very delicious to eat.

The shop I went to was a sweet shop. The atmosphere of this shop was very nice. It is currently summer. Standing in a shop during summer is very annoying. However, the service of this shop is very good. The shop authorities are always vigilant so that customers do not get into any uncomfortable situation when they go to their shop. There are two employees in this shop. They pack sweets very quickly. You do not have to stand for too long when you go to buy sweets in their shop. The fan is always on in their shop. The time you have to stand in their shop to buy sweets in the middle of summer. That time is spent very comfortably. The atmosphere of this shop is completely noise-free. You can buy all kinds of sweets in this shop. All the sweets in this shop are well covered. The atmosphere of this shop is very good. They store sweets in their shop in a hygienic way. And sell sweets.

➤What was your favorite delicious food you enjoyed there during your visit? Do you think the delicious area should take more steps to improve its customer service?

I first went to this shop two and a half months ago. That day I went in the morning. Then I bought 1 bowl of yogurt. And when I went there two days ago in the afternoon. Then I ate white sweets in that shop. While visiting that shop, I enjoyed my favorite food, yogurt. Yogurt is my favorite food. And I always eat yogurt made by Bogra. Yogurts made by Bogra are really delicious.

In my opinion, Bogra Yogurt Ghar already provides good customer service. However, I still have some areas where they can improve.

• They can make their shop bigger. Since the number of customers is more than the sweets they collect. So if they make their shop bigger. And collect more sweets. Then the customers will not have to go back empty-handed. The main reason I am saying this is that when I first went to that shop in the morning, there were a lot of sweets there. But two days ago, when I went in the afternoon, I saw very few sweets there. Many people were going to their shop and were disappointed because they could not buy the sweets they needed.

• They can improve the seating arrangement in the shop by adding some benches. This will allow many customers to sit and eat sweets.

• They can create a banner by writing the name and price list of each sweet. This will make it very easy for us to understand the price of a sweet.

• They can arrange promotional discounts for customers from time to time. They can give some discounts on sweets. This will increase people's interest in their shop even more.
