| Poppy Seeds | 1 tablespoon |
| Yogurt | 250 grams |

Cooking Procedure step by step

Step 1
First, take a cooking pot and add cooking oil along with ginger-garlic paste.
Fry it until it turns golden. After that, add the beef and mix well.

Now add the spices: salt, turmeric powder, ground garam masala, Chinese salt, ground coriander, and red chili powder (1 teaspoon each).

In a separate pan, heat oil and fry the onions until they turn golden brown.

Keep the whisked yogurt ready in a bowl.
