| Moong Dal (Split Green Gram) | 250 grams |
| Yogurt | ½ kg |
| Green Chilies | 2 |
| Fresh Coriander & Mint | As needed |
| Salt | To taste |
| Cumin Seeds | 1 teaspoon |
| Chaat Masala | 1 teaspoon |
| Cooking Oil | For frying |
Cooking Procedure step by step
Follow these simple steps to make a delicious and mouthwatering recipe.
Step 1: Preparing the Batter
First of all, put the moong dal into the grinder and grind it coarsely.
Add 1 glass of water, 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, and salt.
Mix everything well.

Step 2: Frying
Now add oil to a frying pan (tawa) and fry the prepared mixture.

Step 3: Preparing the Chutney
Next, take the grinder again and add green chilies, coriander, mint, white cumin, and salt.
Grind well.
After that, add yogurt and grind again.
Transfer the mixture into a pot.

Step 4: Final Mixing
Now add the fried potatoes to the mixture and sprinkle chaat masala on top.
