Human life is full of joys, sorrows, and smiles. In this life full of smiles, somewhere or the other, a situation of depression also arises in human life. Sometimes a person goes into depression due to disappointment, grief for his loved ones, failure in love, failure in business, failure in exams, or due to some fear or sudden disaster. Sometimes a person works very hard but fails and due to this failure, a person goes into depression. This is a part of human life, but how do we face troubles, difficulties, and happiness in our life? How do we get ourselves out of these difficulties and depression? I will tell you about myself and I am writing this content for taking participate in challeng of SLC-S29/W5-Mind & Learn : The Psychology Journey "Overcome your depression"
So, how do I overcome my depression or how do I get out of these situations? I will share my experiences with you all here.
In a person's life, there are some moments full of sadness and some moments full of happiness. Every day brings new moments and new events for a person. But in reality, if I talk about the last three or four days, these last three or four days are the happiest and most successful days of my life because in these last three days I have shifted to my new house and I have built my new house which I had been building for more than a year. But in the last three days I have shifted to my new house and this house and this shifting to my new house was a very happy day. When I saw this happiness, this moment, I was very happy and first of all I thanked Allah Almighty. I thanked Allah that Allah has given me a new house and I am now living a happy and joyful life with my family in my new house.
I think that this was the happiest day of my life and for everyone this day is a happy day when they shift to their new house and this is my all. It is a great joy and I first of all thanked Allah Almighty for celebrating this joy because He is the essence of Allah Almighty, the One who gave me this house. There are many people who are homeless, who do not have a roof and they live in other houses, they live in rented houses, but the happiness of their own house is something else. So this is the most beautiful and joyful moment and day of my life and the last three days and my friends and relatives have come to congratulate me on this happy day.
A person also becomes depressed along with happiness. Many events occur in life due to which a person goes into depression. Sometimes a person becomes depressed after seeing the illness of his children or when he falls into a lot of difficulties.
So when a person suffers from depression in life, a person either becomes very worried. But I want to tell you the truth. I want to write here that whenever I get depressed, depression means that when a person becomes sad, I will look at depression from the perspective of sadness. And I also want to tell you one thing that depression is sometimes a disease. A person becomes sick and God forbid that someone gets that disease of depression.
But I will also look at depression from the perspective of sadness, sorrow, and worry. When a person has any sadness, any worry, or any pain, a person becomes depressed because of this sadness, worry, and pain. His thinking is not working. So whenever such an incident happens to me, I try to go out in the open air and walk. I walk or cycle. I cycle for an hour or an hour and a half and go somewhere far from home and see the beautiful sights of nature.
Then I pray to Allah, the Almighty, to get me out of this trouble and to save me from this difficult time. So I pray to Allah, I cry out to Allah, I ask forgiveness for my sins so that whatever sorrow, grief, pain, or depression I have, whatever it is, may end. And in this way, I walk, I walk, I take a walk. So whenever I feel depressed or have any trouble or sorrow, I talk to the beautiful sights of nature in the open air and try to forget my sorrows and depression. This is my method.
Story about maria is very sad and There is no dobut that Maria story is very sad. I feel many mistakes and sadness happened around her.
First of all that Maria family did not listen to her heart. She wanted to study and build her future. A child needs support, not pressure.
Maria father forced a big decision without her opinion. This made Maria feel trapped and alone. i feel that If her family talked calmly with her, things could be different.
Maria also needed help for her mental pain and depression. When she started breaking things and crying, it was a clear point that she was suffering.
The family should take her to a counselor or trusted elder , it was very much necessary but family did not support her.
When she was running away and hurting herself shows how deep her pain was.
I think Maria deserved time, love, peace ,appreciation and understanding , we all know that dreams can change, but life should not end because of pressure and force. i think father , or parents must guide, not control and force. Listening and care can save a life. Maria needed hope, not force. These are my final words about this task 3, may be i wrong in my these words but i felt these about maria
I will show you a five-step infographic here. First of all, we have to recognize our problems, then we have to seek professional help if we are suffering from depression. Then we have to build a support system so that if people are depressed, we can become a chain and reduce their depression. In addition, we have to practically practice taking care of ourselves, protecting ourselves, and then in addition, we have to realize our goals, our goals in life, and move towards them without depression. In addition, we should not compare ourselves with other people. In addition, we should not be in too much of a hurry. We should not be in a hurry to achieve anything, but we should go step by step. We should not be too slow or lazy. We should be grateful to everyone. We should always create feelings like honesty, morality, and tolerance within ourselves. And from all these things and all these With steps we can control our depression and work on it. So here are the four steps to overcome depression. I hope you must have liked my article today.
