Hello, I was surprised to find that three weeks have passed since my post about the first day of my trip to Boysun. As I said in the previous topic - after almost a year and a half of trips to Boysun, I managed to get to the cherished locations - the ruins of an ancient Greek fortress and a gravitational anomaly ...

So, today I would like to talk about the second day of my seventh trip to Boysun. The day before we went to Kurganzol fortress and I was somewhat disappointed with her condition. So today I hoped that the gravitational anomaly would turn out to be exactly what I imagined it to be. But the visit to the anomaly was scheduled for the end of the day. Our second day began from the breakfast at Choraka’s house. As usual, breakfast was beyond praise, and somehow having break away from the vases with fig jam, we finally hit the road.

Today it was planned to visit the Darband gorge (Derbent), the Kaptarkhona canyon and the gravitational anomaly. I have been to the first two locations few times and therefore decided to just enjoy the familiar views. But a pleasant surprise awaited me - I was able to look at familiar locations from a new perspective.

Firstly we visited the Darband gorge. In my opinion, no trip to Boysun is complete without him. The whole group was delighted with the red clay houses and picturesque cliffs. I was a little bored

But then I perked up. Suddenly, a visit to the Zindomak cave (from the word "zindan" - "prison") was added to the usual program. Of course, no one stood aside and pushing each other we climbed into this cave. Choraka warned us to watch our steps carefully. I thought that the bottom of the cave was strewn with stones and one had to be careful not to stumble. The bottom was indeed strewn, but not with stones, but with the waste products of local people. They use this cave as a toilet.

And it looks like they are doing it out of spite - they climb and shit in the cave, in the hope that one of the inattentive tourists will plunge into it. Hmm, Zandonak left an unpleasant impression.

But now, we got out and went deep into the gorge.

We walked to the sacred spring Khujamoy-ota. I will not dwell in detail on the legend of Saint Khujamoy Ota and the Sacred source. You can read about this here.

It is curious, but every time I am here, I notice how this place is being improved. During my first trip, a metal canopy was just being built over the source. Now it is completely closed, and next to it there is a building and additional small booths for visitors are being built.

By the way, in the Internet, I came across a story varandej in Live Journal about a visit to Boysun. From the same place I dragged this photo away - the source can be seen on it without a canopy.

Usually, after inspecting the source and tasting the healing water, we walked further along the road to Kaptarkhona. And here the first surprise awaited me - instead of going further, we crossed the stream and climbed up.

From below, the rocks seemed impregnable, but it turned out that there were very convenient paths and an excellent view of the gorge opened up from a height.

We took pictures and went downstairs. Now it's definitely to Kaptarkhona. By the way, "kaptarkhona" is translated from the Uzbek language as a dovecote. The walls of the canyon are dotted with depressions in which pigeons nest.

At the entrance to the canyon, the drivers and Choraka stayed to prepare lunch, while we went inside. I was here in good summer weather and during a snowfall. It would seem that I have already seen everything.

With the air of a seasoned traveler, I jumped from stone to stone.

We walked along the winding bottom of the canyon. During my last visit to the very end of the canyon and turned back. But this time, we went to the very end. It turns out that the canyon has a continuation!

The path gradually led upward and soon we came out into the open area.

In the distance a village could be seen.

During the whole trip, I never saw a single "ladybug". Therefore, I had to be content with a rather plump lizard. It must be a gecko ...

After sitting a little on the hot stones, we set off on the return journey. By the time we got to the starting point, Choraka had already cooked up a delicious lunch, which we swallowed with pleasure.

Well, then, we went to the final point of our trip - a gravitational anomaly (finally!!!). It is located near Padang village. On a distance of about 45-50 meters, the car rolls uphill.

There are several versions describing this phenomenon. The first version, an unusual magnetic field passes in this area, due to which even very heavy objects can be easily lifted up. Second, nothing in our world is perfect, and even gravity can have an anomaly. However, why, in this case, this happens in such a small area, it has also not been possible to find out yet. Third, in this zone curved space according to Einstein acts, nevertheless, objects in this area in this area retain their previous shape and do not lend themselves to curvature.

I read a lot about this anomaly and saw a bunch of YouTube videos. Although, I think it would be more appropriate to write this word in quotation marks. There are many explanations for this phenomenon. I believe that there is nothing supernatural here and in fact, due to the nature of the landscape, it seems that objects are moving up the slope. I think if you bring geodetic instruments and measure the degree of inclination, then it turns out that the car is actually rolling down in accordance with all the laws of physics. But the video looks impressive and I want to believe in the violation of gravity.

Having experimented a lot, we loaded into the cars and set off on the way back.

On the way, we passed the Kyzyl canyon and decided to stop for a while - time allowed us to diversify our program.

Moreover, we even had time to go down a little - which we took advantage of.

But all good things come to an end someday, and so it's time to go home to Choraka, take a shower, have dinner and get on the train to Tashkent.

So another wonderful trip to Boysun has come to the end. Unfortunately, after it I did not go anywhere. I really hope to resume hiking in the very near future. I look with envy at the announcements of "Mysterious Uzbekistan" and their photographs of the autumn mountains. There is now a truly golden autumn.

Hopefully soon I will be able to break free into the mountains :).
