Breakfast is the first meal of the day, usually between dawn and noon. Some nutrition experts believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and skipping it increases your chances of developing obesity, diabetes and can lead to a heart attack It’s not for nothing that people have always said this.

Eat breakfast yourself, share lunch with a friend, and give dinner to your enemy.

My breakfast today is very quick:
cereal bread-carbohydrates,
cream cheese-fat,
caviar-proteins and healthy fats,
lettuce and fiber tomatoes.
It looks simple, incredibly tasty, but healthy.
And of course, a cup of delicious coffee.

Завтрак в новогоднем стиле: салат - елка, красные шарики - помидоры, и тадам - бутерброды с икрой. :) Сливочный сыр - снег!
