Hello and welcome back to “My Life in Soccerverse”! Chapter twelve takes us to the midweek round of Wednesday, March 4, with Inter finally getting back to winning ways at home against a deeply struggling Atalanta, while the rest of Victory Vault face a series of head-to-head clashes and heavyweight fixtures that do not always go our way. It’s the kind of day where we manage to pull clear at the top, moving to a temporary +5 over the chasing pack, but further down the ladder every single point has to be fought for, between cagey draws, narrow wins and a few slips that leave a slightly bitter taste.
League Results – Wendesday Matchday
🇮🇹 Inter
We host a very conservative Atalanta who sit deep and happily let us have the initiative: possession ends perfectly balanced, but the better chances are all ours, with their keeper doing well to stop us from extending the lead. In the end we still bring home a narrow but vital win which, combined with our rivals dropping points, lets us open up a temporary +5 gap at the top.
🇺🇦 Viktoriya Sumy
At last, an opponent closer to our level, and we can afford to play on the front foot: it turns into a much more open game than usual, where we show we can score three… but also concede two. The defence is far from flawless, but those three points further consolidate a survival bid that, given our form, we hope to secure as early as possible.
🇷🇴 Bihor Oradea
Top-of-the-table clash between joint leaders against Politehnica Timișoara in a match that lives up to all the hype: total balance, plenty of mutual respect and extremely fine margins. It ends in a 0–0 that confirms just how evenly matched the two sides are and keeps the duel for first place in the Romanian second division completely intact.
🇷🇺 Amkar
Away to Arsenal Tula we find ourselves a man up after just fifteen minutes, and from that point on we dominate almost everything: possession, chances, territory. Even so, we only manage to edge it by the narrowest of margins, a clear sign of just how strong the opposition is and how much every game in this league needs to be fought for right to the end.
🇹🇷 Denizlispor
On Elazığspor’s pitch we allow ourselves a bit of rotation, especially in the back three but not only there, and inevitably we make life harder than it needed to be. Even so, we still find a way to get it done, with a tight win that keeps our charge towards what once looked like a completely unrealistic promotion very much alive.
🇬🇷 Panachaiki
At home against highly rated Ilioupoli we opt for a more defensive, wait-and-see setup, ready to strike on the break. The paradox is that in the end we create more than they do but fail to convert, while they punish us three times: a merciless 3–0 that perfectly sums up a night where everything goes wrong.
🇦🇹 Krems
Away at Gurten we step onto the pitch determined and fully aware of our strengths, and this time it shows from first to last minute. We finish with a clear 4–1 and a deluxe performance from Noah Bischof, who bags a hat-trick and lights up our evening while underlining just how confident we are right now.
🇭🇷 Segesta Sisak
Third draw in the last four league games: away to Opatija we can’t do better than 1–1, and the gap to top spot grows to six points. No need to panic, though, because our cushion over the chasing group remains huge – eleven points – and our promotion fate is still very much in our own hands.
🇫🇷 Dieppe
The showdown with Stade Beaucairois, third vs second, turns into thirty minutes of pure madness: we go two up, get pegged back, go ahead again and are caught once more for a 3–3 that is completely written in the opening half hour. After that the game dies down and we slip to fourth, but with zero intention of giving up – there’s still a long way to go in this league.
🇨🇿 Zlín
We host Admira Praha, the form side of the league, and unfortunately stumble into our first defeat since taking over in the Czech Republic. On points we might have deserved a bit more, but we always knew this battle was going to be brutal: the promotion zone is five points away, not exactly close, but nowhere near the abyss we found when we first arrived.
Balance and outlook
The balance of this round is all about sharp contrasts: at the top, Inter do their job again and make the most of others slipping to stretch the lead, while across the various leagues our teams split their fortunes between cagey top-of-the-table draws, gritty wins and setbacks that demand reflection. Viktoriya keep building a very solid survival push, Bihor and Amkar remain fully in the promotion fight, Denizlispor continue their frenetic charge upwards, while Panachaiki and Zlín take harsh but valuable lessons. It’s not a matchday full of fireworks everywhere, but it does confirm one key point: Victory Vault are now established contenders on multiple fronts, and if we can sharpen up in the big head-to-heads, the next chapters of “My Life in Soccerverse” might well be about decisive breakaways in more than one table.

Ciao e bentornati a “My Life in Soccerverse”! Il dodicesimo capitolo ci porta al turno infrasettimanale di mercoledì 4 marzo, con un’Inter che torna finalmente alla vittoria in casa contro un’Atalanta in enorme difficoltà, ma con il resto del Victory Vault impegnato in una serie di scontri diretti e partite pesanti che non sempre ci sorridono. È una giornata in cui in alto riusciamo ad allungare, salendo momentaneamente a +5 sulle inseguitrici, mentre più giù la sensazione è quella di dover sudare ogni singolo punto, tra pareggi bloccati, vittorie di misura e qualche stop che lascia un po’ di amaro in bocca.
Risultati – Turno di Campionato (Mercoledì)
🇮🇹 Inter
Ospitiamo un’Atalanta abbottonata che ci lascia il pallino del gioco: il possesso palla resta in perfetto equilibrio ma le occasioni migliori sono tutte nostre, con il loro portiere bravo a impedirci di andare oltre il minimo scarto. Portiamo comunque a casa una vittoria di misura che pesa tantissimo, perché complice il rallentamento delle inseguitrici ci permette di salire a un momentaneo +5 in vetta.
🇺🇦 Viktoriya Sumy
Finalmente un avversario più “umano” per il nostro livello e possiamo permetterci di giocare a viso aperto: ne viene fuori una partita più spregiudicata del solito, in cui scopriamo di saper segnare tre gol… ma anche di poterne subire due. Difesa non perfetta, certo, ma altri tre punti che consolidano una salvezza che, visto l’ottimo stato di forma, speriamo di blindare il prima possibile.
🇷🇴 Bihor Oradea
Scontro al vertice tra prime della classe contro il Politehnica Timișoara in una gara che rispetta tutte le premesse: equilibrio totale, tanto rispetto reciproco e margini sottilissimi. Ne esce uno 0–0 che certifica la sostanziale equivalenza tra le due squadre e mantiene intatto il duello al comando della seconda divisione romena.
🇷🇺 Amkar
In casa dell’Arsenal Tula ci ritroviamo in superiorità numerica dopo un quarto d’ora e da lì in poi dominiamo praticamente tutto: possesso, occasioni, campo. Nonostante questo, riusciamo a strappare la vittoria “solo” di misura, a dimostrazione della forza dell’avversario e di quanto ogni partita in questo campionato vada sudata fino all’ultimo.
🇹🇷 Denizlispor
Sul campo dell’Elazığspor ci concediamo un po’ di turnover, soprattutto nel terzetto difensivo ma non solo, e inevitabilmente ce la complichiamo più del dovuto. Anche così però riusciamo a portarla a casa, con una vittoria di misura che ci permette di proseguire la nostra marcia verso una promozione che a inizio stagione sembrava pura fantascienza.
🇬🇷 Panachaiki
In casa contro i più quotati giocatori dell’Ilioupoli scegliamo un atteggiamento più difensivo, pronti a colpire in ripartenza. Il paradosso è che alla fine creiamo più noi che loro, ma non concretizziamo, mentre gli avversari ci castigano tre volte: un 3–0 senza appello che racconta alla perfezione una serata in cui tutto gira storto.
🇦🇹 Krems
Sul campo del Gurten entriamo determinati e consapevoli dei nostri mezzi, e stavolta si vede dal primo all’ultimo minuto. Chiudiamo con un netto 4–1 e con un Noah Bischof in versione deluxe, autore di una tripletta che illumina la nostra serata e conferma il momento di grande fiducia.
🇭🇷 Segesta Sisak
Terzo pareggio nelle ultime quattro di campionato: sul campo dell’Opatija non andiamo oltre l’1–1 e vediamo la vetta allontanarsi a 6 punti. Niente drammi però, perché il margine sulle inseguitrici resta comunque enorme – 11 punti – e il nostro destino promozione rimane saldamente nelle nostre mani.
🇫🇷 Dieppe
Il big match contro lo Stade Beaucairois, terza contro seconda, si trasforma in una follia concentrata in mezz’ora: andiamo due volte avanti, veniamo ripresi, torniamo in vantaggio e ci facciamo riprendere di nuovo, per un 3–3 che nasce e muore nei primi 30 minuti. Poi la partita si spegne e alla fine scivoliamo al quarto posto, ma senza alcuna intenzione di mollare: il campionato è ancora lungo.
🇨🇿 Zlín
Ospitiamo l’Admira Praha, la squadra più in forma del campionato, e purtroppo incappiamo nella prima sconfitta della nostra gestione in Repubblica Ceca. Ai punti forse avremmo meritato qualcosina in più, ma sapevamo che la battaglia sarebbe stata durissima: la zona promozione dista 5 punti, non pochi ma neanche l’abisso che avevamo trovato al nostro arrivo.
Bilancio e prospettive
Il bilancio di questo turno è fatto di contrasti molto netti: in alto l’Inter torna a fare il suo dovere e approfitta dei rallentamenti altrui per allungare in classifica, mentre tra i vari campionati le nostre squadre si dividono tra scontri diretti bloccati, vittorie di carattere e cadute che fanno riflettere. Viktoriya continua a costruire una salvezza solida, Bihor e Amkar restano pienamente dentro alla lotta promozione, Denizlispor prosegue la sua corsa sfrenata, mentre Panachaiki e Zlín incassano lezioni dure ma utili. È una giornata che non regala fuochi d’artificio ovunque, ma che ci restituisce una certezza: il Victory Vault è ormai stabilmente protagonista su più fronti, e se sapremo sistemare i dettagli negli scontri al vertice, i prossimi capitoli di “My Life in Soccerverse” potrebbero raccontare allunghi decisivi in più di una classifica.
