I read a comment from a user who, like @martha75, is returning to Steemit, but has no voting power and was told in a contest that they couldn't participate for that reason. It is the first time I hear this. I thought by now all those restrictions if it comes to joining contests are gone. Do not buy Steek for that reason. Even if you just start you can post once a day which is enough.

It sounds more like she has a sign in issue or bad connection. I have the same daily and this has nothing to do with a lack of SP!
