La Concattedrale di San Nicola Magno, nota anche come Cattedrale di Rionegro, è una di queste chiese. La storia narra che questa chiesa fu elevata a cattedrale nel 1968 da Papa Paolo VI.

La Chiesa di Nostra Signora della Candelaria (San Jerónimo) ha subito diversi restauri nel corso degli anni. L'ultimo è avvenuto nel 2004, quando sono stati rimossi gli strati di calce dalla facciata principale, lasciando a vista i mattoni.
