📣UNFORGETTABLE TRIP📣 WEEK / SETTIMANA #182/Comfama
Here in Colombia we have several Comfama recreational centers. Many activities are scheduled at these centers, including outings for senior citizens. It's worth noting that my mother is in a senior citizens' group and yesterday she went on one of their outings.
The senior citizens travel on a bus that is chartered by the group's president, but I took my mother , she had a dental appointment and couldn't travel with the group.
Before leaving, I took some photos, I'm sharing these two with you. The recreation center is quite large and there's a lot of nature
These ladies look very happy walking in the recreation park. My mother arrived home around 7 pm, obviously traveling back with the group.

These people who belong to these clubs look great; they have fun, exercise, and interact. I think it's wonderful. Reaching this age shouldn't be synonymous with being inactive.
