Hi @davidesimoncini. Here's my entry for this week:
This is in a subdivision where all the streets are concrete. However, whenever potholes or cracks in the streets appear, they are usually patched up with asphalt instead of cement.
My Personal Keyword is Wheels.

Replacing asphalt with concrete is not a very durable job. Asphalt is damaged very quickly, So another asphalt covering will come very soon. Success
You are absolutely correct. It is cheaper but turns out to be more costly in the long run.
