The birds come out to eat the fish brought by the small boats loaded with their catch. These birds take advantage of eating everything they can.
Thanks for your appreciation, those birds are gannets. Just how they appear in the movies. They deposit their fish there when they catch them in the sea. They are flexible at the bottom.
