Apriamo @booming e Best User anche agli utenti non italiani - We're opening @booming and Best User also to non-Italian users [ITA-ENG]

Ciao a tutti

Quando più o meno un mese fa ho scritto il post nel quale spiegavo i criteri di scelta e le regole generali per accedere ai voti @booming (lo trovate qui), avevo poi risposto ad un commento di @shohana1, una delle nostre Members straniere.

Lei mi chiedeva se i voti @booming fossero destinati solo agli utenti italiani e io le avevo confermato che era così, essendo in quel momento 3 al giorno.

Le avevo anche prospettato la possibilità di rivedere questa modalità, nel caso avessimo avuto più voti a disposizione o fossimo magari stati scelti come una delle Communities del mese.

Ebbene, ad ottobre abbiamo avuto una piccola promozione, 5 voti al giorno e quindi qualcosina in più da distribuire.

Ho deciso così di aprire anche agli utenti stranieri la possibilità di avere questo supporto, riservandolo comunque a coloro che sono identificati come Members o Amico/a.

Apprezziamo molto il lavoro dei nostri amici non italiani, siamo sempre stati favorevolissimi all'inclusività e siamo felici di constatare che la nostra ospitalità è sempre stata riconosciuta.

E' chiaro che gli italiani avranno sempre un posto importante e sarò sempre io a decidere come distribuire i voti.

Non voglio parlare di priorità, né di minimo massimo di voti al giorno per gli utenti stranieri...semplicemente sappiate che se fate un buon lavoro, avrete questa possibilità.

Chiaramente, saranno valutate positivamente anche tutte quelle attività che possono portare un beneficio alla nostra Community e all'intera piattaforma. Power Up, voti a i post su Italy, commenti, post esclusivi...insomma, seguiamo le linee guida che già conoscete e che valgono per tutte le comunità.

Colgo l'occasione per riportarvi qui le 6 regole generali da rispettare per poter accedere ai supporti @booming:

1. Ogni autore non può essere votato per più di due volte alla settimana.

2. I post che vengono selezionati devono essere #steemexclusive.

3. I post che sono già stati votati da @steemcurator01 o @steemcurator02 non saranno selezionabili per i voti booming.

4. Booming può essere utilizzato per supportare i post dei contest pubblicati sugli account di curation della community, in modo da aiutare ad aumentare lo SP di tutti gli utenti. Si possono indicare fino a 3-4 post a settimana.

5. Gli utenti che utilizzano upvote bot non possono essere selezionati per ricevere voti da booming.

6. Qualsiasi evidenza di plagio o abuso comporterà l'esclusione della comunità da questo programma di supporto.

Ricordo anche agli amici stranieri (e a tutti gli utenti italiani che scrivono anche su altre piattaforme) di segnalare nel titolo se il loro post è #steemexclusive. Molti lo stanno facendo e mi stanno facilitando il lavoro. Li ringrazio per questo.

Chiaramente vi dico fin da subito che mi fiderò della vostra indicazione, ma vi chiedo il massimo della precisione e della correttezza, in quanto un errore del genere, da considerarsi "doloso" può mettere a rischio la nostra presenza all'interno di questo programma di supporto.

Lo stesso vi chiedo a proposito del punto 6, quello relativo ai plagi. Stiamo attenti e facciamoci sempre trovare inappuntabili.

Altra novità importante riguarda The Best User of the Week, organizzato dal Team @italygame, che regala ogni settimana 5 SBD all'utente ritenuto più bravo.

Ebbene, anche in questo caso, verranno (già da questa settimana) presi in considerazione anche gli utenti stranieri, con le stesse modalità descritte per @booming.

Un'opportunità, un' ulteriore apertura che spero possa far piacere a tutti.

Mi auguro che aumenti la qualità, la presenza di utenti di talento provenienti da tutto il mondo e la popolarità della nostra Community.

Hello everyone

When more or less a month ago I wrote the post in which I explained the selection criteria and the general rules for accessing @booming votes (you can find it here), I replied to a comment by @shohana1, one of our foreign Members.

She asked me if the @booming votes were intended only for Italian users and I had confirmed that it was so, being at that moment 3 a day.

I had also suggested to her the possibility of reviewing this modality, in case we had more votes available or had perhaps been chosen as one of the Communities of the month.

Well, in October we had a small promotion, 5 votes a day and then a little more to distribute.

So I decided to open also to foreign users the possibility of having this support, reserving it in any case to those who are identified as Members or Amico/a.

We greatly appreciate the work of our non-Italian friends, we have always been very supportive of inclusiveness and we are happy to see that our hospitality has always been recognized.

It's clear that the Italians will always have an important place and I will always decide how to distribute the votes.

I don't want to talk about priorities, nor the minimum maximum of votes per day for foreign users...just know that if you do a good job, you will have this chance.

Clearly, all those activities that can bring a benefit to our Community and to the entire platform will also be positively evaluated. Power Up, votes for posts on Italy, comments, #steemexclusive posts...in short, we follow the guidelines you already know and which apply to all communities.

I take this opportunity to report here the 6 general rules to be respected in order to access @booming supports:

1. Each author cannot be voted on more than twice a week.

2. The posts that are selected must be #steemexclusive.

3. Posts that have already been upvoted by @steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02 will not be eligible for booming votes.

4. Booming can be used to support contests posted on community curation accounts to help increase the SP of all users. I can indicate up to 3-4 posts per week.

5. Users paying upvote bot cannot be selected to receive booming votes.

6. Any evidence of plagiarism or abuse will result in the community being excluded from this support program.

I also remind foreign friends (and all Italian users who also write on other platforms) to indicate in the title if their post is #steemexclusive. Many are doing this and making my job easier. I thank them for that.

Clearly I tell you right away that I will trust your indication, but I ask you for the utmost precision and correctness, as such an error, to be considered "malicious", can jeopardize our presence within this program of support.

I ask you the same about point 6, the one relating to plagiarism. We are careful and always let us find impeccable.
