Hello everyone!
Today is Friday and my work week is about to end.
It's a very particular moment...although a year has passed since the beginning of the Coronavirus emergency, we are still in difficulty, so much so that we needed to increase security measures throughout Italy or almost.
In Campania, the region in which I live, we returned to the red zone from Monday 8 March, with consequent limitations, closures and measures.
Only the shops that sell essential and basic necessities are open, although in reality I believe that some unfair choices have been made in this regard. The classification is sometimes very generic, so all but hairdressers, beauticians and gyms are likely to remain open.
Unfortunately, these activities are once again very penalized, but at this moment, alas, it cannot be done otherwise, given that vaccination campaigns are also in the eye of the storm and we are trying to understand how effective they will be and how safe they are for the population.
As for me, I am doing my job with a lot of difficulty.
It is not always possible to work face-to-face with my clients, so I have to alternate between traditional and remote work.
Furthermore, we operate in a market that has many ups and downs and I am not surprised at all for this, given that the economic conditions of so many people have worsened over the last year.
Also, with the red zone, people are clearly less and less around and this slows down the whole economy a lot.
This is a photo I took on the afternoon of Monday 8 March, the women's day, in one of the most popular pedestrian areas of Naples, in the Vomero district.
It is a neighborhood where there is usually a huge presence of people walking, shopping and meeting.
As you can see, it was semi-deserted.
I think it is an emblematic image of our sad and difficult current condition and I really hope that something will change soon and we can all return to life.

Ciao a tutti!
Oggi è venerdì e si sta per concludere la mia settimana lavorativa.
E' un momento davvero particolare...pur essendo trascorso un anno dall'inizio dell'emergenza Coronavirus, siamo ancora in difficoltà, tanto da avere avuto bisogno di aumentare le misure di sicurezza in tutta Italia o quasi.
In Campania, la regione nella quale vivo, siamo ritornati in zona rossa da lunedì 8 marzo, con conseguenti limitazioni, chiusure e provvedimenti.
Solo i negozi che vendono beni essenziali e di prima necessità sono aperti, anche se in realtà credo che siano state fatte un po' di scelte inique in questo senso. La classificazione è molto generica talvolta, così rischiano di rimanere aperti un po' tutti tranne parrucchieri, estetisti, palestre.
Purtroppo queste attività risultano ancora una volta essere molto penalizzate, ma in questo momento, ahimè, non si può fare diversamente, visto che anche le campagne vaccinali sono nell'occhio del ciclone e si sta cercando di capire quanto saranno efficaci e quanto sono sicure per la popolazione.
Per quanto mi riguarda, sto facendo il mio lavoro tra mille difficoltà.
Non sempre è possibile lavorare in presenza con i miei clienti, così mi devo alternare tra il lavoro classico e quello da remoto.
Inoltre ci muoviamo in un mercato che fa registrare parecchi alti e bassi e non mi stupisco affatto per questo, visto che le condizioni economiche di tante persone sono peggiorate nel corso dell'ultimo anno.
Inoltre, con la zona rossa, le persone sono sempre meno in giro chiaramente e questo rallenta moltissimo tutta l'economia.
Questa è una foto che ho scattato il pomeriggio di lunedì 8 marzo, il giorno della festa della donna, in una delle più popolari zone pedonali di Napoli, nel quartiere Vomero.
E' un quartiere dove normalmente c'è una presenza enorme di persone che passeggiano, fanno shopping, si incontrano.
Come potete vedere, era semi-deserta.
Credo che sia un'immagine emblematica della nostra triste e difficile condizione attuale e mi auguro davvero che presto cambi qualcosa e possiamo ritornare tutti a vivere.

Anche qui in Romagna le cose non stanno andando bene. Nel mio paese questo week end si sono viste poche persone in giro. E' una situazione strana, spero che possa concludersi prima di Giugno, ma sembra che anche quest'anno sarà un anno simile a quello passato.
