By the way, most of the food in our house is local and is eaten with gusto, but sometimes the children also like to eat seafood and Chinese food to change the taste of their mouths. That is why I sometimes try to make something different, like the recipe I am sharing with you today, which is Manchurian.
Chicken Manchurian recipe
The first thing I needed to make Manchurian was boneless chicken. So the first thing I did was take the boneless chicken and add soy sauce to it.Also added mixed herb chili paste and salt.
Now add the ground black pepper and flour and leave it to marinate for a while.And after ten minutes, it was fried on high heat.
Once all the chicken is fried, remove it and keep it aside.

Now remove all the oil from the frying pan and fry one onion finely chopped in a little oil. When the onion is fried, add finely chopped garlic to it and fry the capsicum at the same time. When both the ingredients turn golden, add a little water and leave it to cook.
When the onion becomes soft, add salt to taste, ground black pepper, ground red pepper, and a teaspoon of sugar and cook.
Added ajinomoto chicken powder oyster sauce and soy sauce.

When all the spices are well roasted, add the fried chicken and mix it with the required amount of corn flour. When it is cooked for a while, turn off the stove and serve the Manchurian hot.
Very delicious and tasty Chicken Manchurian is ready. It is also eaten with boiled rice, while most people also eat it with fried rice.
