The Best Food Post : Cheese Board
Hello!
I decided to take part in the challenge ✨ THE BEST FOOD POST ✨ like to experiment in the kitchen and also shoot food.
Today is my experiment. I shot these photos in early February 2023. At that time, because of the damage to infrastructure due to the war in my area, there was frequent power outages.
I didn't have a large supply of food to keep in the refrigerator. (So food wouldn't spoil). We had a small supply of some cheese and beef jerky. My husband suggested we make a cheese plate for dinner.
Our cheese board was simple.
We had three varieties of cheese. Three cheeses is usually enough! Of course you could get more cheese. You can take cured meats such as prosciutto or salami. Whatever you like. The plate is usually served with wine or for dessert._
The honey should be fresh and liquid to dip the cheeses in. Cheese and honey is a terrific combination that is definitely worth trying! An alternative to honey is jams and berry sauces. I have homemade currant jam. Add some grapes as well.
