Last night I went for a quick walk in the port area of ​​my city, this evening, with more calm, I went back, and at the very end I stopped to take some photos, which are the ones that I have the pleasure of submitting to your attention, I really needed to unload myself a little, as for the umpteenth time I received a not very nice news, by now I should have made the callus, yet I'm always sorry when these events happen...

A client of mine called me, to announce that he had sold the place, I knew he vaguely had that intention, but sometimes, between saying and doing there is always the sea in the way, in the sense that it is not so easy to succeed. to sell, at an acceptable price, a place, especially considering the current times, it is no coincidence that a few weeks ago another client of mine was forced to permanently close the doors of his place, as, according to him, he had not received a purchase offer worthy of being called such...

Usual speeches that are made in these cases, usual pleasantries, usual things said and laughed, that if by chance he had taken over another place he would certainly have called me, on the contrary I asked him if he had said something to the new owners about my person, sure, he did, we had a pretty good relationship, but, as often happens when there is a takeover in a business, new buyers already have their pre-existing suppliers, so in most cases when there is a sale of a place often loses the customer, what do you want to do with it, nothing, unfortunately it happens, it has happened, it will happen again...

Giornata pesantina, a livello lavorativo, 7 scale da pulire e un granitore (una macchina per fare le creme fredde) da andare a ritirare, il tutto in velocità, perché avevo una sorta di Spada di Damocle pendente sulla testa di dover pure andare a fare un salto dal medico di famiglia dei miei genitori, per la prescrizione di una ricetta che fortunatamente è arrivata direttamente in farmacia, per cui mi sono evitato un bel giretto allargato...

Ieri sera ero andato a fare una veloce passeggiata nella zona del porto della mia città, questa sera, con più calma, ci sono ritornato, e proprio sul finire mi sono fermato per scattare alcune foto, che sono quelle che ho il piacere di sottoporre alla vostra attenzione, avevo proprio bisogno di scaricarmi un po', in quanto per l'ennesima volta mi è arrivata una notizia poco simpatica, ormai dovrei averci fatto il callo, eppure mi dispiace sempre quando questi fatti succedono...

Un mio cliente mi ha chiamato, per annunciarmi che aveva venduto il locale, sapevo che vagamente aveva quella intenzione, ma a volte, tra il dire e il fare c'è sempre di mezzo il mare, nel senso che non è poi così facile riuscire a vendere, a un prezzo accettabile, un locale, soprattutto considerando i tempi attuali, non a caso qualche settimana fa un altro mio cliente era stato costretto a chiudere definitivamente i battenti del suo locale, in quanto, a detta sua, non aveva ricevuto un'offerta di acquisto degna di essere chiamata tale...

Soliti discorsi che si fanno in questi casi, soliti convenevoli, solite cose dette e ridette, che se per caso avesse ripreso un altro locale mi avrebbe chiamato certamente, al contrario gli ho chiesto se avesse detto qualcosa ai nuovi proprietari al riguardo della mia persona, certo, lo aveva fatto, avevamo un rapporto abbastanza buono, ma, come spesso accade quando c'è un subentro in una attività, i nuovi acquirenti hanno già dei loro fornitori preesistenti, per cui nella maggioranza delle casi quando c'è una vendita di un locale si perde spesso il client, ci volete fare, niente, purtroppo capita, è capitato, ricapiterà...
