They are found in our garden, we planted them specifically, I use the plural because I too am part of the small platoon, composed mainly of my partner's son and secondarily of myself and his mother, who takes care of the garden, yes, but what do these flowers have to do with the garden itself? I'll explain it to you as I understood it...

The management of the garden takes place according to criteria that try to respect nature as much as possible, using the bare minimum of poisons (almost only if absolutely necessary and the least toxic possible) and one of the initiatives to make our impact even greener with the soil from the garden it was precisely to insert these small flower plants, which do not produce food directly, but in our idea they play a no less important role, as they are potentially capable of attracting very useful insects, such as ladybugs, bees and still others whose names I don't remember, so that these useful insects can fight and hinder in a completely natural way the presence of a whole other type of insects, the so-called parasites of the edible plants that we have planted near these little flowers , with the aim of creating the conditions for an even more limited consumption of poisons over time, there is no harm in trying, as well as being very pretty, if they were to even prove useful to the cause it would be a truly great thing, I'm going now, a waiter awaits me little work in the vegetable garden, I avoid the hottest hours of all, even if the actual hot season has yet to start, and luckily, today there is definitely something to water the plants in general, tomorrow we'll see, because the weather conditions they should get worse with various precipitations...

Vedete questi graziosi fiorellini, nati da poco? Si trovano nel nostro orto, li abbiamo appositamente piantati, uso il plurale perché anch'io faccio parte del piccolo plotone, composto principalmente dal figlio della mia compagna e secondariamente dal sottoscritto e dalla sua mamma, che si prende cura dell'orto, già, ma questi fiori cosa c'entrano con l'orto stesso? Ve lo spiego per come l'ho compresa io...

La gestione dell'orto avviene secondo criteri che cercano di rispettare il più possibile la natura, utilizzando il minimo indispensabile di veleni (quasi unicamente se proprio necessari e il meno tossici possibile) e una delle iniziative per rendere ancora più green il nostro impatto con la terra dell'orto è stato proprio inserire queste piccole piante di fiori, che non producono cibo direttamente, ma nella nostra idea svolgono un ruolo non meno importante, in quanto sono potenzialmente in grado di attirare insetti molto utili, quali coccinelle, api e altri ancora di cui non ricordo il nome, in modo tale che questi insetti utili possano combattere e ostacolare in maniera del tutto naturale la presenza di tutta un'altra tipologia di insetti, i cosiddetti parassiti delle piante commestibili che abbiamo piantato nei pressi di questi fiorellini, con lo scopo di creare i presupposti per un consumo di veleni ancora più limitato nel tempo, tentare non nuoce, oltre ad essere molto graziosi, se poi dovessero persino rivelarsi utili alla causa sarebbe veramente una gran bella cosa, adesso vado, mi aspetta un piccolo lavoro nell'orto, evito le ore più calde in assoluto, anche se ancora la stagione bollente vera e propria deve ancora partire, e per fortuna, oggi c'è sicuramente da innaffiare le piantine in generale, domani vedremo, perché le condizioni meteo dovrebbero peggiorare con precipitazioni varie...
