I expected it, that sooner or later I would have a blank, in the sense that I would have played a game of the pleasant game of Pentris and achieved a score that wasn't exactly brilliant. To be honest, it didn't go that badly, of course, I didn't quite achieve the scores I achieved in my previous games on Pentris this evening, and I didn't even come that close, but I didn't do terribly well either, all things considered, because achieving 809 points isn't that bad. In fact, until not long ago I could have considered a performance like that more than satisfactory. But let's try to proceed step by step this evening too, by talking for a bit about the progress of this match...

I immediately noticed that I was having some difficulty completing complete lines. To be honest, my first line came quite quickly, and I didn't have to wait too long for the second. But as for the rest of the game, I really struggled to increase my score. I looked, I carefully studied the playing field, sometimes even sacrificing space just to get more lines. I must say that this choice proved to be a good one on a couple of occasions, but in the end, I was rather taken aback by an error of judgment of mine. At a certain point in the game, I was convinced I had completed yet another line. Instead, I made a huge mistake and found myself facing another difficulty, which was truly fatal, as after a few tiles, after a few seconds, the end of my game arrived. Never mind, but in any case, I want to repeat it again. 809 points is not exactly a bad score...

Me lo aspettavo, che prima o poi avrei avuto una battuta a vuoto, nel senso che avrei fatto una partita al piacevole gioco di Pentris realizzando un punteggio non proprio esaltante, a dire il vero non è che sia andata poi malissimo, certo, i punteggi che ho totalizzato nelle mie precedenti ultime partite su Pentris questa sera non li ho proprio fatti, e non mi sono neanche avvicinato più di tanto, ma non sono nemmeno andato malissimo, tirando le somme, perché realizzare 809 punti non è poi così male, anzi, fino a non molto tempo fa potevo ritenere una prestazione del genere più che soddisfacente, ma cerchiamo anche questa sera di procedere per gradi, andando per un po' a parlare dello svolgimento di questa partita...

Ho visto sin da subito di avere una certa difficoltà a realizzare delle righe complete, a dire il vero la 1° in assoluto è arrivata abbastanza in fretta, così pure per la 2° non ho dovuto attendere più di tanto, ma per quello che concerne il seguito, ho fatto davvero una bella fatica ad incrementare il mio punteggio, ho guardato, ho studiato attentamente il campo gara, a volte pure sacrificando dello spazio pur di centrare delle ulteriori righe, devo dire che questa scelta si è rivelata valida in un paio di occasioni, ma alla fine di tutto quanto sono rimasto piuttosto interdetto da un mio errore di valutazione, perché a un certo punto di questa partita ero convinto di aver realizzato l'ennesima riga, al contrario ho avuto una grossa svista e mi sono ritrovato ad affrontare una ulteriore difficoltà, che è stata proprio fatale, in quanto dopo poche tessere, dopo pochi secondi, è arrivata la fine della mia partita, pazienza, ma in ogni caso lo voglio ripetere un'altra volta, 809 punti non sono proprio da scartare, come punteggio...
