It is difficult to integrate in such a different environment from what you consider, sport-wise, to be your home.
What's more, Conte seems to have lost his 'magic touch' over the last few years, football changes at the speed of light and those who don't keep up to date, as also happened to Allegri and Mourinho, usually end up at the back of marginal leagues or even unemployed.
