Hello to all the friends of this wonderful platform and the Italian Community, here I am again proposing my application as Steem Rep for the third time.
I am very satisfied with the past experiences as Steem Rep.
I hope to be able to continue this path and give greater visibility to the Italian Community, which I helped to create together with the @italygame team in 2020, but also give visibility to all those users who do not belong to any community but contribute to improve the Steemit platform, publishing quality works.

TECHNICAL DETAILS.
I have a reputation of 76.76 and stay between club75 and club5050.
I have over 48K SP owned and have never done Power Down since I have been on Steemit.
I am part of the @italygame team, which is Witnesses at 13th place in the Witnesses ranking.
I take care of the Italian Community called Italy, which supports Italians on Steemit and users of any nationality who help make our Community a friendly and mutually supportive place.
For 144 weeks I have been participating in #welovepowerups, continuing to invest in Steemit because I believe in its potential while trying to be an example to my Community.
In addition to following the Steem-fanbase trail for automatic vote distribution, I also run a manual curation by upvoting posts and comments that I think deserve attention.
MY STEEM REP WEEK.
I try to be as present and active as possible on Steemit, through publishing 5/6 posts per week and interacting with other users, specifically during the week,
I DEAL WITH:
- doing MANUAL CURATION, not only within the Italian Community, but also outside it, looking for those quality authors who deserve more attention but instead have little visibility.

- MODERATING the Italian Community by interacting with all users, welcoming new ones by helping them fit into the group, answering questions pertaining to the operation of Steemit, and giving support when problems arise.
WHY I CAN BE A GOOD STEEM REP.
I have been on Steemit since 2017 and have experienced all its various transformations, today it is a stronger and more organized platform than before and I like the direction it is taking, so I would like to continue to actively participate in its growth and continuous improvement by contributing my work as a Steem Rep.
I like to make myself available to all those users who are not yet familiar with the world of Steemit and need to be guided toward their path.
This past year I have realized that the role of Steem Rep. is one of responsibility, and it is necessary to be willing to be not only a reference point but also a good example for other Steemit users.

Ciao a tutti amici di questa meravigliosa piattaforma e della comunità italiana, eccomi di nuovo a proporre per la 3° volta la mia candidatura come Steem Rep.
Sono molto soddisfatta delle esperienze passate come Steem Rep.
Spero di poter continuare questo percorso e poter dare maggiore visibilità alla Comunità Italiana, che ho contribuito a creare insieme al team di @italygame nel 2020, ma dare anche visibilità a tutti quegli utenti che non appartengono a nessuna comunità ma contribuiscono a rendere migliore la piattaforma di Steemit, pubblicando lavori di qualità.
DATI TECNICI
Ho una reputazione di 76.76 e mi mantengo tra il club75 e il club5050.
Ho oltre 48K SP di proprietà e non ho mai fatto Power Down da quando sono su Steemit.
Faccio parte del team di @italygame, che è Witness al 13° posto della classifica dei Witnesses.
Mi occupo della Comunità Italiana chiamata Italy, che supporta gli italiani su Steemit e gli utenti di qualsiasi nazionalità che contribuiscono a rendere la nostra Comunità un luogo amichevole e di reciproco supporto.

LA MIA SETTIMANA DA STEEM REP.
Cerco di essere il più possibile presente e attiva su Steemit, attraverso la pubblicazione di 5/6 post a settimana e interagendo con gli altri utenti, nello specifico durante la settimana,

- fare CURATION MANUALE, non solo all'interno della Comunità Italiana, ma anche al di fuori di essa, cercando quegli autori di qualità che meriterebbero maggiore attenzione ma hanno invece poca visibilità.

PERCHE' POSSO ESSERE UN BUON STEEM REP.
Sono su Steemit dal 2017 e ho vissuto tutte le sue varie trasformazioni, oggi è una piattaforma più forte e organizzata di prima e mi piace la direzione che sta prendendo, per questo mi piacerebbe continuare a partecipare attivamente alla sua crescita e al suo continuo miglioramento contribuendo con il mio lavoro da Steem Rep.
Mi piace mettermi a disposizione di tutti quegli utenti che non hanno ancora dimestichezza con il mondo di Steemit e hanno bisogno di essere guidati verso il loro percorso.
In questo ultimo anno ho capito che il ruolo di Steem Rep. è un ruolo di responsabilità, e bisogna essere disposti ad essere non soltanto un punto di riferimento ma anche un buon esempio per gli altri utenti di Steemit.
Grazie mille per l'opportunità e la fiducia che mi è stata data fino ad ora e tengo le dita incrociate per le nuove selezioni.
