Ciao a tutti amici e amiche di Italy e di Steemit.
Cosa aspettarci da questo 2026? Siamo tutti in attesa della bullrun ma anche in ansia perché gli orsi sono sempre dietro l'angolo.
Ho letto un’analisi molto interessante di Aaron Arnold di Altcoin Daily, su Cointelegraph, (Rif.) in cui spiega come potrebbe evolversi il mercato crypto nel 2026.
Chiaramente non si parla di previsioni certe, ma di scenari possibili. Però ci può aiutare a chiarirci le idee.
Iniziamo dallo scenario rialzista.
Secondo Aaron Arnold, il punto chiave è che Bitcoin potrebbe non aver più bisogno del retail per crescere, a differenza dei cicli passati.
Scarsità di BTC post-halving, maggiore presenza istituzionale, e la visione di Bitcoin sempre più come asset macro, potrebbe spingere i prezzi al rialzo.
In questo scenario, Bitcoin diventa meno speculativo e più simile a un bene rifugio digitale.
Scenario laterale.
Non è lo scenario più affascinante, ma è realistico, con prezzi che si muovono poco, incertezza macro (tassi, Fed, geopolitica), meno entusiasmo e meno rumore sui social.
Come sottolinea Arnold, fasi laterali non significano stagnazione, ma spesso sono momenti di costruzione silenziosa. Quindi prezzi fermi, ma fondamenta che si rafforzano.
E arriviamo allo scenario ribassista.
Per Aaron le possibili cause del ribasso sono: gli shock macroeconomici, gli eventi geopolitici e i cambi regolatori improvvisi.
Comunque, nulla di nuovo per il mondo crypto, anche se ad ogni ciclo ci diciamo che questa volta è diverso… e invece tutto si ripete.
Anche per Aaron, come molti analisti, le grandi altseason generalizzate potrebbero essere finite.
Oggi conta la selettività, non l’hype, quindi emergeranno pochi progetti solidi, mentre gli altri sono destinati a sparire.
Per quanto riguarda Bitcoin, avrà un ruolo chiave come asset di lungo periodo. Sarà sempre meno dipendente dai piccoli investitori e sempre più integrato nei mercati tradizionali.
E ce ne stiamo già accorgendo oggi, con i flussi di capitale verso gli ETF btc.
Questa fase delle crypto mi sembra molto simile a Internet prima del boom: non tutti vinceranno, non tutto sopravviverà.
E sappiamo com'è andata.
Quindi come al solito lo sapremo solo vivendo...
Ma una cosa è chiara: è un mercato che, piaccia o no, sta maturando.

What should we expect from 2026?
We’re all waiting for the next bull run, but at the same time there’s anxiety in the air, bears are always around the corner.
I read a very interesting analysis by Aaron Arnold from Altcoin Daily on Cointelegraph, (Ref.), where he explains how the crypto market could evolve in 2026.
Obviously, these are not firm predictions, but possible scenarios. Still, they can help us get a clearer picture.
Let’s start with the bullish scenario.
According to Aaron Arnold, the key point is that Bitcoin may no longer need retail investors to grow, unlike in past cycles.
Post-halving BTC scarcity, stronger institutional presence, and the view of Bitcoin as an increasingly macro asset could push prices higher.
In this scenario, Bitcoin becomes less speculative and more similar to a digital store of value.
Sideways scenario.
Not the most exciting one, but a realistic outcome: prices moving sideways, macro uncertainty (rates, the Fed, geopolitics), less enthusiasm and less noise on social media.
As Arnold points out, sideways phases don’t mean stagnation. They’re often periods of quiet building, flat prices, but stronger foundations.
Then we get to the bearish scenario.
For Aaron, potential causes include macroeconomic shocks, geopolitical events, and sudden regulatory changes.
Still, nothing new for the crypto world. Every cycle we tell ourselves “this time is different”… and yet history keeps repeating itself.
According to Aaron, like many other analysts, the big, generalized altseasons may be over.
Today, selectivity matters more than hype: a few solid projects will emerge, while many others are destined to disappear.
As for Bitcoin, it’s expected to play a key role as a long-term asset. It will become less dependent on small investors and increasingly integrated into traditional markets.
We’re already seeing signs of this today, with capital flows into BTC ETFs.
This cryptocurrency phase seems very similar to the Internet before the boom: not everyone will win, not everything will survive.
And we know how that went.
So, as usual, we'll only know by living...
But one thing is clear: like it or not, this is a market that is truly maturing.
