Was notified about the day this morning and it was a message from government office. Today is International Nurses day and this year's theme is Nurses are our future and it was mentioned in the message too. In my country the job of a nurse consider as second class job though at the beginning it had no good rank and nurses was not treated with respect, such a misfortunate but time has changed and nurses are start getting good rank and respect as they truly deserve.

Basically people consider nurses after doctors when they as assistant of a doctor do more good job and serve patients like a mother or sister. People call nurses Sister in many country and they are actually sister who serves like a sister. Nurses do their duty for long time and some of them work without break sometimes. Many nurse do night shift duty and all night long they stay awake to serve patience.

Heartiest respect and hats off to those nurses who dedicated their life for serving patience. Doesn't matter if they take money for serving because serving patience and help them getting well soon is priceless and if they charge some money for it, I think this is fair enough. Nurses are also human being and they should get paid for spending time on serving patience or people that admitted into the hospital. Once in my life I met nurses of private hospital and there nurses were very active and patience because I saw doctors shout on them and they just tolerate it and keep serving patience. Honestly I never could be like them when someone dare to scold me.

Sake of living those nurses in private hospital tolerate the misbehavior of the owner of hospital or doctors. I saw them having small payment but they deserve more. Nurses push injections, collect blood, urine, stool and things that we feel hesitate to deal with. Nurses clean the bed of patients and when they do vomiting and pee on bed even family member ignore the patient but nurses don't.

Some nurses get good rank and the they appoint junior nurse as assistant. But at the beginning all nurse deal with something that normally we can deal with. So today it's the day of nurses and my respect from the bottom of my heart to them. Undoubtedly nursing is a noble profession and we should respect them more as they deserve more.

È stato informato della giornata questa mattina ed era un messaggio dall'ufficio del governo. Oggi è la Giornata Internazionale degli Infermieri e il tema di quest'anno è Gli infermieri sono il nostro futuro ed è stato menzionato anche nel messaggio. Nel mio paese il lavoro di infermiera è considerato un lavoro di seconda classe anche se all'inizio non aveva un buon grado e gli infermieri non erano trattati con rispetto, una tale disgrazia ma il tempo è cambiato e gli infermieri stanno iniziando a ottenere un buon grado e rispetto come meritano veramente .

Fondamentalmente le persone considerano gli infermieri dopo i medici quando, come assistenti di un medico, fanno un lavoro più buono e servono i pazienti come una madre o una sorella. La gente chiama le infermiere sorelle in molti paesi e in realtà sono sorelle che servono come sorelle. Gli infermieri fanno il loro dovere per molto tempo e alcuni di loro a volte lavorano senza interruzioni. Molte infermiere fanno il turno di notte e tutta la notte stanno sveglie per servire la pazienza.

Il più caloroso rispetto e tanto di cappello a quegli infermieri che hanno dedicato la loro vita a servire la pazienza. Non importa se prendono soldi per servire perché servire la pazienza e aiutarli a guarire presto non ha prezzo e se fanno pagare dei soldi per questo, penso che sia abbastanza giusto. Anche gli infermieri sono esseri umani e dovrebbero essere pagati per dedicare del tempo a servire la pazienza o le persone ricoverate in ospedale. Una volta nella mia vita ho incontrato infermiere di un ospedale privato e lì le infermiere erano molto attive e pazienti perché ho visto i dottori gridare contro di loro e loro lo tollerano e continuano a servire la pazienza. Onestamente non potrei mai essere come loro quando qualcuno osa rimproverarmi.

Per amore di vivere quegli infermieri in ospedale privato tollerano il comportamento scorretto del proprietario dell'ospedale o dei medici. Li ho visti avere un piccolo pagamento ma meritano di più. Gli infermieri spingono le iniezioni, raccolgono sangue, urina, feci e cose che sentiamo esitanti ad affrontare. Gli infermieri puliscono il letto dei pazienti e quando vomitano e fanno pipì sul letto anche i membri della famiglia ignorano il paziente, ma gli infermieri no.

Alcune infermiere ottengono un buon grado e nominano un'infermiera junior come assistente. Ma all'inizio tutti gli infermieri hanno a che fare con qualcosa che normalmente possiamo affrontare. Quindi oggi è il giorno degli infermieri e il mio rispetto dal profondo del mio cuore per loro. Indubbiamente l'assistenza infermieristica è una professione nobile e dovremmo rispettarli di più perché meritano di più.
