Ramadan Special Foods (Iftar Items) - 📣 ✨ THE BEST FOOD POST ✨ 📣WEEK #164
This is not my first time sharing Ramadan special foods items in steemit as I'm active here for more than five years now. These food items are part of our tradition though these are also available in our neighbor counties too. Ramadan has special vibes and these food items highlight the vibe most.
On this month many food business earn a good sum of profit as these food items has good demand on this time. Some housewives prefer preparing these snacks and food items at home as I saw my mom and sister preparing these foods during Ramadan and it was for family with full of their heart.
Now I often buy them from the street food stalls and they prepare it professionally and it taste superb as well. Though foods from the street mostly unhealthy but many people used to eat them almost everyday. Foodies can't control their crave for these yummy food items during Ramadan.
Have a look on my recent photographs on Ramadan food items on street stalls,

The snack made of eggplant known as Beguni and it's my most favorite snack since childhood days. My mom prepared it the best though I still like eating them even it's from street food stalls. In this Ramadan I'm preparing chickpea at home because I can't eat unhealthy foods everyday when my health is my priority and concern.
Weekly 2-3 times I bought iftar items from the outside and most of the time prepared it myself at home. I also add tomatoes (as taste maker) and a potato with chickpea, sometimes add an egg too. I try to make the menu tastier and at the same time healthier.
So, this was my food post arrangement for this week. As Ramadan is going on so how could I miss the chance to share my food post on it. Will try to share more menu that available in our food stalls on this holy month. Hope you all liked photos I've added for this food post. Eat good food, stay healthy and happy!
Thanks For Stopping By
Love & Peace ❤️😇

I was very happy to read your excitement about Ramadan because Ramadan is truly a month in which we try various new dishes and our children also like to eat them with enthusiasm. I don't like to spend much time in the kitchen during Ramadan, but since iftar is something that is necessary for everyone, I go to the kitchen after Asr prayer to prepare it and my iftar is ready by Maghrib prayer. Similarly, even before Ramadan starts, the way people prepare and freeze rolls, samosas, etc., I don't do such things because even before Ramadan, I don't have enough time to prepare and freeze so many things.

I didn't know you try out new dishes during Ramadan. I wonder if this isn't more work to prepare than the recipes you know by heart. I learned something.
By the way I am very happy you are so active on Steemit and also post good comments.
A blessed Ramadan.
