During this school holiday

During this school holiday, I feel very happy because I can spend time with my family at home. My holiday days start with a bright morning atmosphere. Every morning, my siblings and I usually help my mother prepare breakfast. We cook pancakes and make fresh fruit juice, while laughing together. This activity is always a fun moment because we can joke around and share stories.

After breakfast, we usually spend time gathering in the living room. Sometimes, we watch exciting family movies. Cartoons or light comedies are the right choice to keep the atmosphere cheerful. While watching, we also eat snacks made by my mother—such as sponge cake or freshly fried chips.

In the afternoon, we often go out of the house to enjoy the fresh air. Sometimes we play in the backyard, play ball or just take a walk while chatting. Sometimes, my father also invites us to garden together. We plant flowers or vegetables, and I feel happy to be able to take care of the plants with my family.

In the evening, after having dinner together, we like to play board games or cards. This was the most exciting time because we were all competing to win, but still having fun. After that, we sat together while chatting, sharing experiences or just listening to dad's stories about his childhood.
