This is Plaza Santa Rosa de Lima in the city of Carúpano, located in the historic center. I pass by it every morning. Today I stopped to take this photo. As you can see, there's no one there, since it's six in the morning.

A nice entry. Your choice is made by two words, so I think "decoration" is the best one due to the bigger meaning it own. I hope you don't worry about this little change :(

Incluso en Carúpano por estos días a las seis de la mañana debe estar un poco frío el clima para estar en la plaza. Más tardecita deben ir a buscar brisa y sombra.

Así es. En Carúpano está haciendo mucho frío en la madrugada. Pero en el día, el sol es de Semana santa, jajaja.
