The more incompetent they are, the higher the positions they occupy. In sport, in politics, in companies, everywhere. Incompetent people are easy to manipulate, and in these two days we have seen all sorts of things!
It's probably got something to do with "Peter's Principle"!
I didn't know this book, but I will read it 😉
