The situation is really alarming and worrying, yesterday I was watching a program in which they were saying how the coastal areas are going to be flooded in the next few years. sadly, we are observing that these global emissions agreements are not going to be achieved and we are already suffering the consequences. It will be that we have reached the point where it is said: If you can save yourself save yourself!
Maybe you're so right, we need to be aware that we're wasting time and as you say we're at the point where they say: "If you can save yourself save yourself!" ;-)
