Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Italian community. How are you all? I hope by the grace of Allah you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah I am also doing well. I pray to Allah that we are always doing well.

Today I am here to participate in the Italian community's Best Football Post Week 161. Basically, I had some wonderful weekly best food this week. I basically want to talk about the best food among you and share the best food photography.

Basically, I try to include fish in my diet regularly. Fish is a non-vegetarian food. There is no alternative to fish to fulfill the vitamin needs of our body.

A few days ago, I caught fish from my pond. After catching the fish, my wife cooked the tilapia fish for me and we enjoyed eating it together. So, I have included fish in my weekly best food list.

Goat meat is a popular food in our country. Especially, people of all religions, castes and creeds love goat meat very much.

A few days ago, my cousin slaughtered one of his hand-reared goats. We processed them and they gave me some meat as compensation.

Finally, I have put goat meat in my weekly best food list. Basically, goat meat broth and roti with it is a very tasty dish.

Basically, it is winter in Bangladesh now. A lot of pitha is made during winter. Pitha is made with a combination of new rice, dates, jaggery and sugar during winter.

However, this week I had a simple pitha. It tasted very good and it gave me a lot of joy.
