Dear Italian Community and @frafiomatale, thank you for bringing this issue to light. It is unknown for many because like you say the community coped with that on its own with the hope that this will stop on itself.

It is very sad to see that despite of being a friendly platform and supporting our active users like many in Italian Community such situation of unexplained and continuous downvote is going on.

Since Steemit and Hive are split we had relatively peaceful place here and any action like Downvote was done in the case of Plagiarism, vote-farming or any other abuse.

With such behaviour the community members will just get frustrated and leave Steemit, is that the goal of that downvote?

@bullionstackers, it would be good to hear from you what is behind that Downvotes, so that the users know and if there is any issues that need to be fixed then it should be done. I know that many will not speak up here because they do not want to get you chasing them too, you know that too. But let's try to find a solution together.
