Really a perfect entry, one of the best ways possible to represent both subjects. Thank you very much for joining and welcome to the edition. I wish you a big good luck :)
I just saw this!!! I am speechless. AWESOME!! 😲😲😲 This takes the cake and you may as well eat it too. Incredible shot. I would have loved to read a little bit more about this photo too. Wishing you the best of luck but methinks you don't need it anymore with this great entry. 👍👍👍
I believe I once wrote about it. If you arrive by train in Den Bosch (official name 's Hertogenbosch, the Wood of the Duke's or Better: Duke Bosch van Drakenstein...) and leave Central Station you see a roundabout with this Dragon on top. I would love to have it but I cannot climb up that pillar. No gold, but it shines 😄
The dragon is a fountain but the water never flows. The family name of the Duke was: Bosch Van Drakenstein (Draken means dragon). The place its name was also called (because it was a swamp) Swamp Dragon by poets and historians.
So the dragon is part of the family name (paid by the family and present since 1903), part of the story of the city defended by the swamp (dragon) against intruders and the sign of the weapon of the family and the city.
Wow. That's quite a story. Thanks for the info on your entry. A pity the water doesn't flow from the dragon. Perhaps a good promotional stunt for the place is instead of water let fire spew out of it! You know, put a gas pipe through the mouth and at certain times of the day turn on the gas and ignite it. That would be really cool although I don't know if the local fire ordinance will allow such a thing lol. Thanks for joining again and inviting your friends. 😊
Since lately a lot is set at fire if feels safer to turn the water on.
If I forward your idea they might think I am or you are a terrorist. We could meet in the middle and let the dragon be surrounded by swamp while spitting mud.
😁

Thank you dear Davide. I am still waiting for your entry! I know you can take great photos!
:D
I'm thinking of abstaining. I don't want to create a conflict of interest.
A conflict of interest like you announce yourself as the winner week after week?
Pity you don't show your photography and creativity.♥️🍀
Unfortunately. But I think the photos of you participants far exceed my capabilities, so I'm more than happy.
If you ask me we all think the way you do ..
Even though it's a little scary, I love it so much. Great zoom
Maravillosa participación. No estará fácil escoger a los ganadores de esta edición, jeje.
Todas las propuestas son preciosas.
Creo que es una edición maravillosa.
Wow! Is this real?! Amazing 🤩
Yes, it is real and still there.
