How come I am not surprised you join this contest?
If you don'tlike to exercise or have a very slow digestion it's better to reduce what you eat. No way we all can eat the same and exercise in the same way and still are still (or will have the same weight).
Consider yourself lucky you can eat that much what you show is about 1-2 weeks food for me and I would skip the sweet stuff and the carbohydrates before I forget: where is thee spinach and lettuce ???
Quite the opposite, I go to the gym 4 times a week and sometimes I go jogging at night.
Hey, I don't eat that much, I eat well, spinach and such go in smoothies, they don't taste as good as these foods.
Jokes aside : I had problems with being overweight in my childhood, so I have to take care of myself.
In the teenage years you grow and whoops gone is the overweight unless you take more calories than the body needs or there's something wrong with hormones or one is ill (medication makes it hard as well). I believe with me the needed calories are zero to stay alive so to me it does look a lot what you eat (comparing to what I consume). It's strange how much I was forced to eat during my childhood in name of the hungry children.
I admire you, you keep sporting and you are even joigging at night which brings me to the next question: when do you sleep?

hahaha,I go to bed early so I can get up early and go to the gym. I like clean machines, so I'm one of the first to arrive, 6 in the morning, everything clean just the way I like it hahaha.
