In the teenage years you grow and whoops gone is the overweight unless you take more calories than the body needs or there's something wrong with hormones or one is ill (medication makes it hard as well). I believe with me the needed calories are zero to stay alive so to me it does look a lot what you eat (comparing to what I consume). It's strange how much I was forced to eat during my childhood in name of the hungry children.
I admire you, you keep sporting and you are even joigging at night which brings me to the next question: when do you sleep?

hahaha,I go to bed early so I can get up early and go to the gym. I like clean machines, so I'm one of the first to arrive, 6 in the morning, everything clean just the way I like it hahaha.
