I had planted several lily plants in my garden; their flowers were white and pink, but I wanted to take them out of their pots to transplant them to another part of the garden. The truth is that one fine day the whole plants had vanished, as someone had taken them away in the early hours of the morning.
When I mentioned to my sister that my plants had died, she gave me a cutting from the one she has at home – it has pink flowers. I planted it in a pot and, after a few weeks, the first lily bloomed; it’s beautiful.
Of course, I took some photos of it and sent them to my sister, and I took the opportunity to enter this competition and show her the before and after. Isn't it lovely? I absolutely loved the transformation of the flower
