BEST NATURAL STRESS RECIPE

Stress is really becoming a key factor to contend with these
days. everybody has stress be it the physical,mental,environmaental
psychological or emotional. stress is what we happen to see everyday and can have
adverse effects on our health.

HOW TO DECREASE YOUR STRESS

Stress is not really something you can just remove from your life.unlike
an application in an android device you could so easily uninstall. As far as
there's life the got to be some stress. The only people guaranteed of a stress
free life are the dead. Sometimes it may be about eliminating some things that
do not serve you,it could be a challenging relationship,a difficult boss,
a particular job etc... This of course is not simple for everyone,sometimes
there's just nothing we can do about these situations which brings us to my special
tea i call the stress relief tea.

Before you start asking if i have any medical knowledge or how i got to know this
recipe. First of all i come from a harbal home. my parents are very good herbalist
and i learnt alot about herbs growing up as a kid though i want to be programmer now.lol.
This special stress relief tea as i call it has been the perfect remedy for me and my family
for many years now. its a blend of herbs that specifically target the nervous systems of the
body to aid decrease and balance our body stress levels.

PREPARATION
I basically choose 5 herbs because these herbs help with managing and decreasing stress,they
bring calmness and soothe the nervous system. They are;

1: CHAMOMILE- Chamomile is a relaxing nervine that helps a great deal in restful sleep
2: LAVENDER- The lavender is another herb on the list because it encourages better sleep; and it decreases
anxiety
3: LEMON BALM- As an antispasmodic carminative,lemon balm is really helpful when stress or anxiety
affects digestion because of its ability to act both on the digestive and nervous systems.
4: HOLY BASIL (tulsi)- It is an adaptogenic herb that brings balance to the nervous system. it has a relaxing
and uplifting quality. Its also called tulsi
5: ELEUTHERO- i dont have much to say about this one other than another name for it being "work hard play hard"
It brings balance to the system especially to those that work so hard with little or no relaxation time. it boost the
mental and physical stamina.

INGREDIENTS
SCALE
1x or
2x or
3x
2 teaspoons of dried holy basil
1 teaspoons of dried lemon balm
1 teaspoons of dried chamomile
1/2 teaspoon of dried lavender
1/2 teaspoon of dried eleuthero root
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a mason jar or cup
Add hot water
Put a plate or top onto mason jar and let settle for 20 minutes*

Take off the plate and sieve tea through strainer or cheesecloth
Add honey or sweetener as needed
Enjoy!
