Weekly Contest, "Playing photographer #5" || Hoverfly & Dry Twigs

Actually I didn't predict the result of the picture would be like this. I really like the background image which looks like an abstract painting. The main object is only a brown flower fly that is perched on the leaves of a jasmine tree. Not all flies are identical with dirt because flower flies (Hoverfly) like something clean like flower essence or nectar.

I purposely combined this brown flower fly with a dry twig of a jasmine tree. I took a picture position from the top of the fly's body, the very sunny weather was very supportive during the shooting process. From the first shooting process I had no plans to make this the main image, let alone to participate in the Photographer contest held by my friend @adeljose. But after seeing the results I think the quality of this image is really great.

Not every time we can get a background image like this because we are not professional photographers who already know the intricacies of detail on an image. I think every artist has their own reasons for an object because it's a matter of taste. That is the beauty of art that is rich in the imagination of every artist to explore a power of imagination that sometimes not everyone can understand.
