Since today it's a free day in my country (and probably in many more) I wanted to see how the Steem buy procedure/process changed lately. Previously when I was using Steemit I had to send my money to a local website to buy Litecoin, send the Litecoin to @blocktrades and in the end convert it to Steem. Now nor blocktrades nor the local website work anymore as far as I see so I needed to find a new way.
I ended using Binance since this was the only Crypto Market where I had my KYC already done. I used it previously to sell my CS:GO Skins and withdraw the money as Crypto. The process was pretty smooth, I was actually able to use my VISA card to buy 25 euros as a test. I used these euros in balance to convert them to Steem and after that send it to my Steem Wallet here.

My plan is to get to 5000 SP by the end of the year (I know 5000 is probably nothing to many of you, but I don't remember ever having more than 2000-25000 SP), when you compare that with my current amount that I have, it's a huge gap but I think is doable if I manage to invest as much as possible during these low price times. Can't wait to get to at least a 0.01$ upvote value, so the payout number changes when I upvote something! (That's at like 1611 SP currently)
Also I have a question for the readers, is there any alternative to Binance? Maybe something with no KYC, I need a backup if Binance ever changes the buy with Visa thingy.

Sweet. Steem Block Explorer says that your account upvote value is $0.0018 . Things get better as your upvote value rise.
I dream of the day when my upvote value is over $0.02. It would be fun to have a large enough upvote so that I could upvote comments.
Power up when the price is low is a smart move. I did that on a platform that is similar to STEEM.
