Watercolor Painting: The Iconic "Courage The Cowardly House" 🌌 🧡💜

If you can hear this picture after reading the title, then I am standing here proudly clapping for you. This was of course one of my most awaited cartoon's as a kid and I love it to this day. From the setting of the house on an almost deserted land to the weird chemistry between the characters to our hero Courage saving the day! It makes me so happy when I think how fulfilling my childhood was because of the many brilliant cartoons and/or anime shows back then. And obviously the list will be infinite if I start naming them. One of the most wonderful things about cartoons is how much they can teach you consciously and sub consciously. Even as a child I always found it hilarious + intelligent how a dog was named Courage but called the cowardly dog, but was actually incredibly courageous! :D

Anyway, this painting is just purely in the memory of this cartoon and it's awesome episodes :) I nearly painted a dusk scene as the background originally but somehow a cosmic one felt far better. As I write this all I can hear in the inside of my head is the music that was generally played in this exact shot! :D It was lovely to paint using so many colors from my palette after a long time and I really enjoyed doing this.
