Big spring water

Greetings friends.
For the second year, spring water is less than usual, because 2 winters have not been very snowy.
Today I brought my daughter to the former village of Dymkovo, which is located on the low right bank of the Vyatka River. Now this village is considered part of the city of Kirov, but spring water, as in previous years, tries to flood this village. Of course, now this is hindered by a dam that protects the village from large water coming from the lake, but sometimes water comes up to residential buildings from the river.
Spring is very unusual this year. It would seem that with late Easter, spring should be late, but it turned out just the opposite. It seems that Mother Nature confused Catholic and Orthodox Easter and decided to set up the Russian spring according to the Catholic celebration of spring.
It's an amazing thing. God is one, his son came to Jerusalem once, but for some reason the Vatican and Moscow have Easter at different times, as well as Christmas. But if Christmas happens on a fixed date, then Easter for some reason happens on different days every year.
My thoughts became blasphemous again.

I think that in a couple of days the water will still overflow across the road. This place is called "At the Titanic". I've shown it a lot. There is a children's amusement park and several cafes further down the road. Usually the water stays in this place until the middle or end of May. What will happen this year? I want to come to this place again on May 6th and see the changes.
