Preference will be given to an active member of the WOX community who creates original creative posts, comments and supports other members of the community.

Rules
a program participant creates at least 1 post per day in the WORLD of XPILAR community using the #steemexclusive and #club100 (100% SP).
at the end of the post title, in parentheses, indicate full Power Up. For instance:RETRO style - #club100
Mandatory participation in contests, comments, voting within the community WORLD OF XPILAR. Any activity is greatly appreciated.
As the project develops, the terms and conditions may be changed, which will be announced later. Follow the project news.
ACTIVITY
I will clarify again. This support program is for members of the WORLD OF XPILAR community only. In order for a candidate to be approved and included in the support program, the candidate must be active in the community prior to being included in the program. Being active in the community means that a community member should publish his posts in the community, comment on the posts of other members, respond to comments under his posts, vote for the likes of the posts of other members of the community. Of course, the activity of the program participant is not limited to the community. It is advisable to apply the same activity wherever you participate. But being active in the WORLD OF XPILAR community is a prerequisite for the program.
CURATING
During this time, an interesting creative post of each participant will be supported from the World of Xpilar Community Curation Trail (no more than 1 time per day).
This point of the rules does not mean automatically curating your post just by virtue of its appearance in the community feed. The quality of your post will be a sufficient condition. Let me remind you that it is advisable to post at least 3 photos and an interesting meaningful text of at least 50 words. It is better if there is more and the text is informative and interesting to read. This is not Instagram with its principles.

I think it makes sense not only to wait for the self-nomination of candidates (for some reason this process is sluggish, I have one self-nominee in about 3 months), but also to offer someone support. Choose promising ones and make them an offer. Which is interesting... also, not everyone agrees. Who would have suggested this to me a couple of years ago...))

Думаю, что имеет смысл не только ждать самовыдвижения кандидатов (этот процесс почему-то вялый, у меня один самовыдвиженец примерно за 3 месяца), но и предлагать кому-то поддержку. Выбрать перспективных и сделать им предложение. Что интересно... тоже не каждый соглашается. Кто бы мне так предложил пару лет назад... ))

A preliminary check of the candidate sometimes gives interesting results))

Приходится проверять добросовестность и креативность кандидата, насколько он активен в комментариях, насколько тематика его постов ценна для платформы и прочие вещи.
Существует вероятность, что кто-то создал новый (второй, третий, ...) аккаунт и занимается плагиатом, чтобы просто что-то заработать...
Предварительная проверка кандидата иногда даёт интересные результаты ))
Thanks so much again for my inclusion in this program. It instantly made a difference and really motivated me to keep providing posts that I hope you folks have been enjoying. Plenty more to go. I highly recommend any other young artists just finding their legs here on the steemit platform to read this post, start posting some quality articles featuring your art and apply for this program. The world needs more committed artists and those artists need help to make it in a world that only cares about money!
